I am able to log in on a computer to my account on Blackberry services, however when i put the same details on my phone it is saying they are incorrect. I have changed it but it is still not letting me log in on my phone despite putting in the correct user name & password
I often mistype a word, or forgot to change to an alternate one. Before I could erase a few letters and then finish the word with T9 prediction. After my upgrade to Anna I now have to erase the whole word... Is there no way to activate the T9 for the word I am correcting?

It prompted me for the blackberry password on my computer. I entered my CORRECT!!! Password numerous times until it said one last attempt or all memory will be erase.. Being that the CORRECT password was not working I went to the password options on my bold and disabled the password.. As I attempted this a prompt showed up and said type in "blackberry" so I did then it said type in password, I typed in the correct password once again then it started wiping my phone.This is extremely frustrating I have... Well had =[... A lot of stuff on my phone and now it is all gone! And to top it all off it will not start up again, it says "reload software:513"I don't understand why this happened and I found several other people on online forums who have had the same problem with no solution.Please help! Is my phone completely wiped out for good?

I can't unlock my phone and I'm using the correct password. I'm at my final attempt to enter the password or ALL of my personal information will be lost!! I just got off of the phone with customer service and was told basically I'm going to lose all my business contacts & personal notes that I entered this morning during my morning meeting and that it's my fault because I didn't back it up! How the heck can I back up my device while during my company meeting? I'm the owner and I have many notes and etc on my device that I put there this morning! Now I lose money because I can't get my information. I'm so ticked off right now! Customer service wasn't helpful at all...he just blamed me for my problem! Never mind the fact that the darn phone keeps turning itself on and off randomly!

It gave the instruction to type in "blackberry" and then the password which I did correctly, this is a password I have used since last month so I know I am not wrong. I have been unsuccessful in unlocking the phone but noticed the 4 digits entered now come up in readable characters on screen and not the usual asterix displayed when passwords/pins are entered.

I get the message saying a new device has been detected. The app show my seven accounts. I select Move Email Accounts and for each one I am asked to enter the password which I do. Each time the app says the password is validate. After entering all seven everything seems toi be OK. No error message. However it just hasn't worked. The e mail is not showing. When I return to setup I am once again asked to go through the same process and get the initial message saying I have a new device.This presently makes the whole phone a waste of time.I have tried entering the e mails as new ones, but this is rejected as they are already on the machine. What can I do about this?

I have seen the message in the Blackberry manual that says that this might be controlled by the provider - in this case Vodafone. I have contacted them but they say they have no control over this. They can provide me with a code to extend the time before it goes to voicemail but it does not affect the number of rings. I can amend the volume and I have control over the vibration and LED but I can't change the number of rings from the current 1.

It shows up on my applications list but not with my themes. I've checked every folder and nook and cranny. I've even restarted my phone.
