I have purchased e 72 on Thursday 6th May, 2010. In few occasion specially when I am browsing the net on my mobile my phones gets hanged and restart automatically. I have already updated my software.
View 5 RepliesMy phone doesn't automatically connect to wifi when mobile data is on. I have been searching for a fix or setting since.I have ATT. My whole family has ATT. The kids both have 1st gen Moto X and my husband has Samsung, none of them have this issue and I believe we are all running the same android version.I have done lots of different things I have found along the way during my search for a fix but nothing has worked.
I can tell you that if I shut my mobile off and turn my Wifi on it will connect then I can turn my mobile back on and it will stay that way until I go out of my wifi range and the mobile kicks on then when I return to wifi range it won't connect. If I try to connect it will say disabled. That is when I turn off mobile, turn on wifi and then go back and turn mobile on again. If my mobile is off and I go out of wifi range it will connect back just fine, the issue seems to be only when mobile is ON.
I would like to be able to leave mobile on so I can receive MMS. But this is a pain because sometimes I forget that wifi didn't connect or I forget to go back in and turn mobile on and miss a lot of group texts, iphone long texts that come as MMS and pic texts until I turn my mobile on which sometimes could be days.
My n8 was working perfectly with pr1.2 . Then the problem started since i updated to symbian anna , It automatically restarts . I've tried everything i could , reinstall , hard reset , flash firmware , but the problem was still there.

I only browse a straight forward forum and facebook so it should be able to cope. I could never watch you tube or any web site with a lot of pictures. I have deleted cookies/history etc. Is it my internet connection that makes the phone freeze or is it the phone itself.

Recently bought my wife a 1320, as my son loves his 920 and she was getting sick of her Galaxy S3 having issues following an update, which has messed her phone up !All was going well, but she's now finding that the phone won't auto-rotate when browsing - it works fine when viewing photos or texting etc., so assume the accelerometers are working ok..
Also, have changed settings on outlook, to remove US holidays and have added UK holidays, but the UK dates haven't pulled through to the phone......am I missing something `?Lastly - blootooth keeps dropping out.

In the minute or so that I had to wait, the auto pause kicked in. When I started moving again, it took several hundred yards for the Moto to restart the workout. I panicked a bit and hit the restart button manually when it didn't start right away, but it seems that auto restart was working -- it just took an awful long time to kick in.Anyway, to get to the nub of the question -- since the marathon setting ostensibly checks signals less often than the "normal" setting (every 3 sec. rather than every second), is it possible that the auto restart is going to have a longer lag time between when the bike starts moving and when it restarts than if I had the battery mode set to "normal".

I can connect to my WiFi network, yet after a while of inactivity the phone starts using 3G data again. I go into the WiFi networks and see that my network is listed as "Known" but not "Connected". I have to manually select it to re-connect.Power saving mode for WiFi is set to off.Is there a setting to automatically connect to any known WiFi network when in range? I am happy to manage battery life by manually turning ove WiFi when not needed.

I'm with a data plan that isn't full data. I can only use Twitter/Facebook/IM Services. No email or browsing. When I want to use these things I connect to my home wifi and use that. However now when I click email or browser on my phone with wifi turned on and it says it's connect to the network I get the following message:You are currently on a service plan that requires a Wi-Fi connection to this this application. I get connection on the Bluetooth prompt at the Lumia and it shows Microsoft wedge mobile - press to connect. And when I press connect I get the screen with the pincode. I do not want to have it forget networks, as then have to key in long security key each time.
I've bought my 'Defy, motoblur - MB525' on 'T-mobile - UK. It doesn't seems to be connecting to 3G. I've gone thru different checks on the phone with t-mobile support, even sent my phone for 3 weeks but still the same problem. They'v ask me to sent it back. Mobile network is set on auto, but i m unable to view any videos or download a simple pdf, it takes very long to connect to some sites. There is always a 'G' on top of the screen.

View 1 Replies View RelatedI am using Incredible S and every time when I have to connect to 3G network, I have to restart my phone. Earlier it used to connect automatically when there is no active WiFi connection but after some time I had to disable Mobile Network and enable once again.
Later this workaround stopped working and I had to use Enable WiFi Hotspot but now only option is to restart the phone. After restarting it works perfectly fine but once it gets disconnected I have to restart once again.
I remember one of my friend is also facing the same problem. how to get this fixed or is it a problem with Android 2.3?
One thing which may help in debugging when I disable or enable Mobile network, it happens in a fraction of second. I do not get a message "Turning on..." or "Turning off..."
My Iphone frequently freezes up, especially after a download. To get it working I need to connect to Imac. Any easier way to fix or avoid?

I started having this strange bug: for no apparent reason, suddenly every phone call i try to make ends after 1-2 seconds, before even reaching the recipient. Only way to resolve it is restarting the phone. After a while the problem can repeat itself randomly.
How to browse (intranet) websites via VPN connection? I have installed Lotus MC on my N73. Connection itself works fine, I can see correct status, can ping my phone from PC by phone's intranet IP, telnet from phone to intranet server is always ok even by HTTP 80 port, both by hostname and IP. But I cannot get to intranet web using neither standard Nokia browser, nor Opera Mini.
With standard browser, it's just impossible to select VPN access point (present in the list, but not selectable) and Opera Mini allows to select my VPN connection, but all I can see there is an error that server is unavailable.
I love my new S6 but I have an annoying bug, it won't connect automatically to my BT device in my car when I use any car app, the samsung one or any third party app.
