View 3 Repliesi have a little problem with my maps updater and N95. i recently (two days ago) updated my N95 firmware and its now 35.0.0002, and after that, i tried to install ovi maps commercial version (ovi maps 3.00 without free navigation) using maps updater but it shows cannot read enough information from N95? and closes? what can i do now? how can i find the commercial version again since N95 is not supported by free navigation version? i understand not many people use this device nowadays.

This problem happen after a few days i upgraded its software ver from v21 to v22. I've tried reinstall back the v22 but still didn't work. I try to reset it to factory setting, but still not working. When I try to dail no its say "not allowed". Other function seems good.

View 1 Replies View RelatedI really like this phone for first few days I had it, but I'm having problems with making calls and receiving calls when I wake up in the morning. The phone is fully charged or is charging before I go to sleep. The problem I am having is when I wake up I noticed that I can't make calls. The phone works and is functional, signal is strong or decent, but when I make a call, I can't hear anything. I'm not actually sure if it makes the call or not since I can't hear anything. I'm assuming it doesn't since I don't receive my early morning calls either. I have to restart the phone to get the phone fully functional again. So far it's happened all 3 nights I had the phone.

When I try to buy games from Nokia Marketplace it says I need to register a payment card, however when I enter the card details and the card is accepted and I go back to buy the game it still says that I have no payment card registered and must add one before I can proceed. If I try to enter the same card details again it won't accept it because it says that card has already been registered although its clearly not in the list of payment cards when I try to buy. I have now added 3 different cards in total and none of them are showing on the list or being allowed to be registered again.

After the update, the phone will not send/receive phone calls/text messages after it has been sitting in locked mode (the screen displays the default clock) after about 30 minutes. Once I have restarted the phone it works properly until it returns to the locked mode. I have performed a factory reset on the device with out any luck.

I tried to access the Marketplace the opther day and couldn't - i dont get any errors, all that happens when i click the icon (which is on the home screen) the other icons disappear (as they no9rmally do when you are launching a new app/program) but then a second later they all come back and the marketplace hasn't loaded - this also happens with the games - it looks like its going to launch but then reverts back to the original screen - again no errors.

I have it maybe two months, and just today the Wifi stopped working. Laptops, other smartphones and an iPod are all connecting to the modem just fine. Just my phone. It also keeps telling me my internet password is wrong, when it's not.
Finally, on Nokia's website, I believe, it told me to try resetting my phone. Did it. Still not working. Now I'm getting the error code: 805a0193 in the marketplace, so now I can't download any apps.
I had literally done NOTHING to the phone, this just started out of nowhere.

I am unable to access the marketplace. it asking to install a app called refresh marketplace to be able to carry on using the marketplace but when I install the app and restart the phone the marketplace still dose not work it just goes back showing refresh marketplace and nothing else.
when it comes to my Nokia lumia 800 and i know the app store was removed from zune but i also read it is still possible to download apps with your pc via usb for the phone can someone give me exact instructions on how to do this because from what i have read you just plug in you phone to pc, zune opens no probs then go to windows marketplace and download but it only gives 2 options :via text or : via e-mail nothing about usb

Apparently when I get into marketplace and then select the app (that has already been installed), I get an option of update and share. Before updating to the current (latest firmware) the update was available even in the marketplace tile.
