Jul 31, 2012For some strange reason, the Apps from Nokia section of the marketplace app on my Lumia 710 is not able to refresh itself, to the extent that there are two icons not fully loaded. None of the newly available apps appear here (including camera extras and contacts transfer), which I managed to get through a QR code download.

Oct 9, 2012Ive got the Nokia Lumia 800 and up until a week ago all functions on my phone have been working perfectly. I tried to access the Marketplace the opther day and couldn't - i dont get any errors, all that happens when i click the icon (which is on the home screen) the other icons disappear (as they no9rmally do when you are launching a new app/program) but then a second later they all come back and the marketplace hasn't loaded - this also happens with the games - it looks like its going to launch but then reverts back to the original screen - again no errors.

Nov 17, 2012my wifi and marketplace aren't working on my Lumia 610.
I have it maybe two months, and just today the Wifi stopped working. Laptops, other smartphones and an iPod are all connecting to the modem just fine. Just my phone. It also keeps telling me my internet password is wrong, when it's not.
Finally, on Nokia's website, I believe, it told me to try resetting my phone. Did it. Still not working. Now I'm getting the error code: 805a0193 in the marketplace, so now I can't download any apps.
I had literally done NOTHING to the phone, this just started out of nowhere.

I am unable to access the marketplace. it asking to install a app called refresh marketplace to be able to carry on using the marketplace but when I install the app and restart the phone the marketplace still dose not work it just goes back showing refresh marketplace and nothing else.

Apparently when I get into marketplace and then select the app (that has already been installed), I get an option of update and share. Before updating to the current (latest firmware) the update was available even in the marketplace tile. Is it because of the maintenance process being carried out with marketplace (as mentioned by a user in the discussion page?). Lumia 710 User.

Nov 21, 2012I used to monitor "New" applications on the Marktplace and they usually updated every day or two, now, fo weeks I have the same - the "top 3" are:You tube downloaderBT Wi-FiFlash Cinemaand they've been there for at least a week. Other things work OK, though the "loading" of anyting on the markeplace takes much longer than before even when connected t the same WiFi speed as before) - for example, there is about a minute between when I touch an app on the apearing app-list and until I see the "install" "cancel" buttons (usually, I see some of the info loading, but not all and it takes age. I've restarted etc many times, no joy.

When I try to buy games from Nokia Marketplace it says I need to register a payment card, however when I enter the card details and the card is accepted and I go back to buy the game it still says that I have no payment card registered and must add one before I can proceed. If I try to enter the same card details again it won't accept it because it says that card has already been registered although its clearly not in the list of payment cards when I try to buy. I have now added 3 different cards in total and none of them are showing on the list or being allowed to be registered again.

Mar 19, 2012I am brand new to the Nokia 710 and I have my AOL email account linked up to the phone. I am able to send and recieve emails just fine.My problem is that when I try to open/download any attachments like a Word or PDF document that are in the emails, they never open. They start to open but never do. I can open these attachements on my old Palm Pixi rather quickly and without any trouble so I know it is not the files that are the problem.
I've searched both this USA forum and the UK one and didn't see anyone else with the same issue... so did I not set up something properly with the phone?

Mar 31, 2010I have a N900 and have experienced unstable 3G data connection. Web pages at times won't open, take a long time to open, or simply timeout. Internet Radio re-buffering all the time.I take out the SIM card and put it into my N97. Internet connection seems fine in my N97 at the same location. I turn on the Joikuspot on my N97 (convert 3G signal into Wi-fi hotspot) and connect my N900 to Internet via wi-fi and the Internet connection on my N900 runs absolutely smooth. I can open different websites with Internet radio running in the background.
May I know if anyone can help me with this? I am running out of ideas. And I cannot carry both N900 and N97 at the same time like this to make Internet connection works for N900.
