Jul 31, 2012For some strange reason, the Apps from Nokia section of the marketplace app on my Lumia 710 is not able to refresh itself, to the extent that there are two icons not fully loaded. None of the newly available apps appear here (including camera extras and contacts transfer), which I managed to get through a QR code download.

Oct 9, 2012Ive got the Nokia Lumia 800 and up until a week ago all functions on my phone have been working perfectly. I tried to access the Marketplace the opther day and couldn't - i dont get any errors, all that happens when i click the icon (which is on the home screen) the other icons disappear (as they no9rmally do when you are launching a new app/program) but then a second later they all come back and the marketplace hasn't loaded - this also happens with the games - it looks like its going to launch but then reverts back to the original screen - again no errors.

Nov 17, 2012my wifi and marketplace aren't working on my Lumia 610.
I have it maybe two months, and just today the Wifi stopped working. Laptops, other smartphones and an iPod are all connecting to the modem just fine. Just my phone. It also keeps telling me my internet password is wrong, when it's not.
Finally, on Nokia's website, I believe, it told me to try resetting my phone. Did it. Still not working. Now I'm getting the error code: 805a0193 in the marketplace, so now I can't download any apps.
I had literally done NOTHING to the phone, this just started out of nowhere.

I am unable to access the marketplace. it asking to install a app called refresh marketplace to be able to carry on using the marketplace but when I install the app and restart the phone the marketplace still dose not work it just goes back showing refresh marketplace and nothing else.

Aug 2, 2012The windows phone marketplace is not showing updates for apps. Apparently when I get into marketplace and then select the app (that has already been installed), I get an option of update and share. Before updating to the current (latest firmware) the update was available even in the marketplace tile. Is it because of the maintenance process being carried out with marketplace (as mentioned by a user in the discussion page?). Lumia 710 User.

Other things work OK, though the "loading" of anyting on the markeplace takes much longer than before even when connected t the same WiFi speed as before) - for example, there is about a minute between when I touch an app on the apearing app-list and until I see the "install" "cancel" buttons (usually, I see some of the info loading, but not all and it takes age. I've restarted etc many times, no joy.

Mar 29, 2012I am trying to set up my Hotmail and Gmail account on my E7. When opening the email app for the first time I enter a new username and password. On the next step it only gives me "exchange active sync" as an option and not the rest of the email providers as it does on my E6 for example.

Nokia Applications :: Can't Add CC To Marketplace
Oct 2, 2012I have a 900. When I try to buy games from Nokia Marketplace it says I need to register a payment card, however when I enter the card details and the card is accepted and I go back to buy the game it still says that I have no payment card registered and must add one before I can proceed. If I try to enter the same card details again it won't accept it because it says that card has already been registered although its clearly not in the list of payment cards when I try to buy. I have now added 3 different cards in total and none of them are showing on the list or being allowed to be registered again.

- I put in the email and the password, it wont connect
-I then key in my username, it still wont connect
- I Press Advanced
- Then I key in the Server (Webserver) without the "https://"
- The Sign in button is gray and it wont connect
- I uncheck the SSL option, no cange
- I've mailed the SSL Certificarte, and tried both with SSL on an SSL of, still the Sign In button is gray.
Since it is Windows on the phone, there should be no problems connecting with MS Exchange i should think.This have been working quite easy with my iPhone and HTC with Android.there I just keyd in Mailadress, username, password and server.

Mar 30, 2012I have not found any ways to send short videos via MMS from the Lumia 800. The MMS send functionality seem to be limited to pictures.The old Nokia N95 had this beautiful functionality that it somehow compressed HD videos, so you could send them within the MMS size limit. This functionality were removed on the later Nokia Symbian phones, but it was still possible to send videos if you recorded them with low quality.
