Unable to access marketplace on nokia lumia 800
I am unable to access the marketplace. it asking to install a app called refresh marketplace to be able to carry on using the marketplace but when I install the app and restart the phone the marketplace still dose not work it just goes back showing refresh marketplace and nothing else.
I use my Nokia 1520 as a secondary device. All of a sudden I can't access the marketplace and I can't listen to the music I uploaded to OneDrive. When I try to access the marketplace, I get "There is a problem completing your request. Try again later. Inquiring minds might find this error code useful 805a8011."
View 2 Replies View RelatedIve got the Nokia Lumia 800 and up until a week ago all functions on my phone have been working perfectly. I tried to access the Marketplace the opther day and couldn't - i dont get any errors, all that happens when i click the icon (which is on the home screen) the other icons disappear (as they no9rmally do when you are launching a new app/program) but then a second later they all come back and the marketplace hasn't loaded - this also happens with the games - it looks like its going to launch but then reverts back to the original screen - again no errors.

I have it maybe two months, and just today the Wifi stopped working. Laptops, other smartphones and an iPod are all connecting to the modem just fine. Just my phone. It also keeps telling me my internet password is wrong, when it's not.
Finally, on Nokia's website, I believe, it told me to try resetting my phone. Did it. Still not working. Now I'm getting the error code: 805a0193 in the marketplace, so now I can't download any apps.
I had literally done NOTHING to the phone, this just started out of nowhere.
when it comes to my Nokia lumia 800 and i know the app store was removed from zune but i also read it is still possible to download apps with your pc via usb for the phone can someone give me exact instructions on how to do this because from what i have read you just plug in you phone to pc, zune opens no probs then go to windows marketplace and download but it only gives 2 options :via text or : via e-mail nothing about usb

Apparently when I get into marketplace and then select the app (that has already been installed), I get an option of update and share. Before updating to the current (latest firmware) the update was available even in the marketplace tile. Is it because of the maintenance process being carried out with marketplace (as mentioned by a user in the discussion page?). Lumia 710 User.

They suggested trying a new sim and activating in another phone BEFORE the 920. IT WORKED. Then i founs the phone to just constantly crash itself.

Every time I access the [URL] website and enter my login name and password and submit, I repeatedly get the same page again and again which asks me to verify my password. There seems to be a software error in the Lumia 800. I have contacted the Nokia helpline which was unhelpful as usual. This time, they informed me that this error IS possible while accessing Yahoo email thru the browser and that no solution is possible. The only suggestion they had was to use the synchronization method to access the Yahoo mailbox - but this solution is not feasible for either accessing the older emails and or for sending file attachments.

Other things work OK, though the "loading" of anyting on the markeplace takes much longer than before even when connected t the same WiFi speed as before) - for example, there is about a minute between when I touch an app on the apearing app-list and until I see the "install" "cancel" buttons (usually, I see some of the info loading, but not all and it takes age. When I try to buy games from Nokia Marketplace it says I need to register a payment card, however when I enter the card details and the card is accepted and I go back to buy the game it still says that I have no payment card registered and must add one before I can proceed. If I try to enter the same card details again it won't accept it because it says that card has already been registered although its clearly not in the list of payment cards when I try to buy. I have now added 3 different cards in total and none of them are showing on the list or being allowed to be registered again.

Before I use Nokia C600-Symbian S60 V5. I can search, find and connect the point-to-point wifi. but now I switched to lumia 920, but this wifi can't be searched and showed, let alone to be connected. anyone know the reason and how to solve the problem. because I only have this one access to use internet.

I can switch it on, other clients can see and connect to the WiFi hotspot.I tried to tether my Windows 7 laptop to the phone, but no luck - I cannot actually use the tethered connection to browse the Internet.I don't have any restrictions on my Internet usage plan.I can confirm this because with the same data plan (and SIM), my E6 (with Joiku hotspot) can share its Internet connection without any hassles.

Noticed when sometime I open my inbox SMS messages there's a message "Unable to access memory card. Messages will be stored to phone memory." The card is formatted via the phone. I prefer my messages to be stored to the memory card so I made it that way, but sometimes this Notice appears. Is it error message or what?
