None of the newly available apps appear here (including camera extras and contacts transfer), which I managed to get through a QR code download.

Oct 9, 2012Ive got the Nokia Lumia 800 and up until a week ago all functions on my phone have been working perfectly. I tried to access the Marketplace the opther day and couldn't - i dont get any errors, all that happens when i click the icon (which is on the home screen) the other icons disappear (as they no9rmally do when you are launching a new app/program) but then a second later they all come back and the marketplace hasn't loaded - this also happens with the games - it looks like its going to launch but then reverts back to the original screen - again no errors.

Nov 17, 2012my wifi and marketplace aren't working on my Lumia 610.
I have it maybe two months, and just today the Wifi stopped working. Laptops, other smartphones and an iPod are all connecting to the modem just fine. Just my phone. It also keeps telling me my internet password is wrong, when it's not.
Finally, on Nokia's website, I believe, it told me to try resetting my phone. Did it. Still not working. Now I'm getting the error code: 805a0193 in the marketplace, so now I can't download any apps.
I had literally done NOTHING to the phone, this just started out of nowhere.

I am unable to access the marketplace. it asking to install a app called refresh marketplace to be able to carry on using the marketplace but when I install the app and restart the phone the marketplace still dose not work it just goes back showing refresh marketplace and nothing else.

Apparently when I get into marketplace and then select the app (that has already been installed), I get an option of update and share. Before updating to the current (latest firmware) the update was available even in the marketplace tile. However, the same is working on the wireless network.I have probably reset my phone to factory settings/repaired the installation atleast 3 times in the past for other problems such as missing entries in call logs, slow response, etc. I am on Anrdroid 2.1 Random reboots happen almost thrice a week and phone response is very slow. Nov 21, 2012I used to monitor "New" applications on the Marktplace and they usually updated every day or two, now, fo weeks I have the same - the "top 3" are:You tube downloaderBT Wi-FiFlash Cinemaand they've been there for at least a week. Other things work OK, though the "loading" of anyting on the markeplace takes much longer than before even when connected t the same WiFi speed as before) - for example, there is about a minute between when I touch an app on the apearing app-list and until I see the "install" "cancel" buttons (usually, I see some of the info loading, but not all and it takes age. I've restarted etc many times, no joy.

When I try to buy games from Nokia Marketplace it says I need to register a payment card, however when I enter the card details and the card is accepted and I go back to buy the game it still says that I have no payment card registered and must add one before I can proceed. If I try to enter the same card details again it won't accept it because it says that card has already been registered although its clearly not in the list of payment cards when I try to buy. I have now added 3 different cards in total and none of them are showing on the list or being allowed to be registered again.

Dec 27, 2015We purchased a Lumia 950 for my son (becuase of the Microsoft parental controls) and we are unable to download any apps. It seems to be stuck in "pending" and doesn't progress. My husband works for AT&T mobility, so we are tech-savy for the most part. We are currently charging the phone currently to do a factory reset to see if that fixes the issue. If that doesn't work, we are at a loss and considering returning the phone.

Aug 3, 2013When I try and take my photos off the 1020 with my PC it only shows one of each photo I took I think its the 34mp photos but not sure I thought it would have doubles of each photo a 5mp and a 34mp since I got it set to save both in the pro camera settings ...
Does it saves both to camera roll or does it save the 5mp somewhere else for sharing from the phone cause only one copy of each photo is on the phone camera roll ...
