No apps are downloading from the store, or updating, the just sit there on 0.1mb of whatever. I've tried over WIFI and 4G, neither are working, restarted the phone, deleted the downloads etc. nothing is getting them working.
View 3 RepliesI have a 4S has which has 1.6gb of free data,which i found from settings.Yet it will not download the new GarageBand update.GarageBand is a large file, but only takes up half of my available space.I have had a problem similar to this (downloading large apps) which I resolved by deleting all the stuff I don't want, but now I need an alternative way, as there is nothing else to delete that I don't want.

I've downloaded apps via the store before, however I was having trouble with MobileTag.It says "Downloading 0%" and hasn't changed.
I tried clicking Cancel and then Download. I have also tried exiting the Store and trying again.I went to store.ovi.com and it shows MobileTag as Downloaded even though it hasn't and I can't re-download it.

We purchased a Lumia 950 for my son (becuase of the Microsoft parental controls) and we are unable to download any apps. It seems to be stuck in "pending" and doesn't progress. My husband works for AT&T mobility, so we are tech-savy for the most part. We are currently charging the phone currently to do a factory reset to see if that fixes the issue. If that doesn't work, we are at a loss and considering returning the phone.

View 18 Replies View RelatedI am using a Lumia 1020 with Black update and my Store is perfectly doing fine showing updates available but recently, or maybe around 2 weeks or so, my Store does not show any updates. I always see many updates from WPCentral but I the store just does not show an available update. And it is tiring to go to the app itself and update it from there when the store can automatically get all available updates and prompt me to download all.
I tried soft reset, restore factory settings, have not tried hard reset because I do not want to. I am almost in a month now that my store does not give me available updates.

View 1 Replies View RelatedAs the title says it; I'm having problems downloading any theme from the app store. Any theme I choose and hit "Download" on it just brings up a window for 1/2 a second that I believe says "Downloading" but never actually does anything. Another weird thing, the other 2 themes that are kind of defaulted for options that you can download both work. I'm not sure if this is a silly question, however I can't seem to figure it out as no one else seems to have this issue.

1. Yes, my phone is rooted, however this issue was still around before I did so.
2. I have the AT&T variant Galaxy S6.
3. I've checked to see if there's any apparent apps I disabled that may cause it but the only app that seems like it may be related is "Theme Store", and that of course isn't disabled.
I recently got a new Nokia Nuron and I absolutely love it. But when I began browsing through the Ovi Store and decided to try and download some free apps, I get to the downloading screen but that's as far as I can go; the downloading bar never goes past 0%. Does anyone know what I can do to fix this? Is it maybe because I have no internet plan? I've tried to make new screen names and looked up online everywhere on this issue but still can't find an answer.

View 3 Replies View RelatedI was downloading applications on my phone and during the process it would stop working. I closed out of the Ovi store and now it will not even open. I click on the Ovi store app button and it pops up the symbol(Nokia Ovi) and sits there for eternity. I have reset the phone 3 times and to no avail, it continues. I have uninstalled the application 4-5 times and even tried to download the earlier version. I still can't get into the Ovi store.
I am not sure what happened. I contacted Nokia and they say that my phone doesnt support the Ovi store. My question is HOW was i downloading apps for a week and all of a sudden it just doesnt work. Problem 1 - picture messaging will not work. Someone will send a picture and it will say 'downloading' forever until it gives up. A few days later the message will pop up with the picture file and i will click download and it will download fine. Nothing different, yet it works.
