Is there anyway to edit "my library" of apps I have installed in the past but will never use again? Id like to be able to have a updated list of my apps that I actually use for the library when backup is set for Win 10.....or for my 2nd Icon which is still running 8.1.

I was downloading some application from the apps store and was asked to reboot the phone only to find the apps store icon missing.

No apps are downloading from the store, or updating, the just sit there on 0.1mb of whatever. I've tried over WIFI and 4G, neither are working, restarted the phone, deleted the downloads etc. nothing is getting them working.

View 18 Replies View RelatedI am using a Lumia 1020 with Black update and my Store is perfectly doing fine showing updates available but recently, or maybe around 2 weeks or so, my Store does not show any updates. I always see many updates from WPCentral but I the store just does not show an available update. And it is tiring to go to the app itself and update it from there when the store can automatically get all available updates and prompt me to download all.
I tried soft reset, restore factory settings, have not tried hard reset because I do not want to. I am almost in a month now that my store does not give me available updates.
how do you get to the windows app store with zune because going to the app store without zune i can't download any apps with the usb connector
View 5 Replies View RelatedHave the videos save in the video file for when I'm hooked up to the computer. Right now it saves everything in the Camera Roll file. Not cool. Especially when I have like 500 pictures/videos from a recent trip on top of the 500 or so already on there. I'm full now, and trying to sort through this is maddening. Delete videos from my phone in multiples. How to do this? I can't select it in the "all" page where I can select multiple pictures, I want to be able to do the same with videos.

I've downloaded the app tag editor on my old phone and my new Icon. After downloading the app both phones saw a dramatic decrease in battery life. They both decreased from 1 day 15 hours estimated battery life to just 15 hours. I've uninstalled the app and done a soft reset and the problem persists.

View 3 Replies View RelatedI started with an intermittent text receiving issue a couple of days ago. Text will work fine, then they stop. After the that the only way to get them working again is a reboot. Called VZW, they ran tests on their side, etc. I'm thinking this is on the phone side.
This morning, the text app is giving me the "resuming" msg. and also started crashing. Also some other apps are crashing like looking at pictures.
Seems like a hard reset is needed here? I'm out of town, won't be back for 2 weeks. Need the phone to work, so if I hard reset, will I be in a need of a wifi to get the phone operational again?
