Nokia Nseries :: N8 Store Update V3.30.014 Freezes?

I have a bug while trying to install Nokia Store v3.30.014. The install hangs on a white screen with the text "Please wait. Installation will take few minutes" and a progress bar which never shows anything. I let the phone this morning on this screen for about 30 mins, so I think it just hangs with no action.More on this I tried reporting this using support for in the store, but it gives an error saying that I have errors in fields marked with red, but none are red or showing any error (I have only message field, email which is actually just showing my account email as text

My phone has all of the settings sent by the phone company. It will access the internet no problem by going through the browser. However attempting to click on the preinstalled 'store' and 'maps' button starts the programs which then error 'connection failed' connection unavailable'. Clicking on SW updates gives the same error plus "unable to check for updates. Please try later". I haven't updated my phone - not sure how to now the SW updates won't work. Is it just a case of updating the preinstalled software?

why does my n8 freeze up? i have no apps open and i go to open my photos then click on photo to open it and the screen goes black and theres nothing?? also i have to recharge it like 2 or 3 times a day, even when im not using it?? **bleep**!! is my n8 a dud?? all this started the day i bought it brand new

Alarm freezing their phone. It has happened 3 times now since I updated to Belle. I have to do the 8 second power button routine to boot the phone. When I boots up the alarm will immediately start sounding. Not good when I rely on it to wake me for work.

Everything is working fine after Belle update but when I go to menu>settings>installations>already instaled - the screen just freezes and the only buttons that work is the camera button, menu button and power buton. When this happens, I turn off my phone and turn it on again and everything is normal, but the problem still exists.

The screen of my N97 mini turns black and freezes after answering any call and I must slide it to let the screen work again or wait about 7 seconds and I can't end the call by the red button. this problem happens also on alarming but not freezing; It turns black then work then black then work ..etc, so i have to be focus till it appear to stop the alarm or snooze it .

Press Menu, press 'Applications', apps show,then FREEZES. can't select apps, can't scroll and can't lock phone.Same happens when i press the 'Applications' shortcut in home screen.Freeze lasts for about 60 secs.

When I charge my N8, the touch screen function stops working. If I have a video playing, it continues to play, I can change the volume and the home/menu key works, but touching the screen has no effect until I unplug the charging cable.

I use Nokia N8 and Ovi store 2.0. As the the title states, when I press buy button in Ovi store it shows "Server error, we are experiencing problems with the payment service. You will be taken back to the catalog page." It occurs to all apps not specific app. The price shows correctly in local currency. I still didn't enter any card number. I've contacted Nokia call center which they received the issue with no response and solution for more than 1 week.

I am unable to login to the Ovi Store on my brand new N78 because I can't sign in to my Nokia.com account. While I can sign in fine on the Internet, I can't press the sign in button below my username and password. I am able to open other links by clicking on them so this is very frustrating.

I restarted my N8 the other day, and the login to nokia's window pops out after that. I connected to wi-fi and tried to login but failed everytime. And then i tried to login to my account on ovi store, it failed too. And i tried to download apps, but the download button doesnt work. What is wrong? What should i do? I need to download stuff.

When I bought my nokia 701 I had pre-installed shazam.For a mistake I deleted it, I can't get the app back from nokia store (shazam not available for symbian belle) and every version I installed is bugged (apps automatically closed after few seconds).I sent an email to your support and they answer to upgrade my firmware (thing I already did, I restored it too) but nothing changes shazam is still not there.I asked how can I get it back from the "initial" firmware but I had no answer

I need a little help here. My Nokia N95 8gb was working fine until I decided to do a firmware update. After the firmware update I decided to also update the maps using the map downloader since there are some roads missing in my area.Now the phone itself itself is working fine but I have a problem with the map navigation. I have a 2 year license for navigation for Southern Africa. Since the map update the phone will freeze when trying to calculate a route. You select your destination and when you select "Drive to" it goes back to the map, "Calculating route" appears in the top left corner and the map occasionally spins from North orientation and back again.I tried to restore a backup that I did before I undertook all these changes but it has made no difference to the map. I noticed on the new maps that there are dotted lines in the middle of the roads on the map. These did not appear on the previous map version that I had. The version I updated to is v2.0 wk24 b02.
