However, when I visit the website clevertanken.de (a site for viewing current gasoline prices), Iīm stuck - it seems that an advertisement popup opens when I click on the site and I canīt close it, so Iīm stuck on that popup and when I donīt want to go where it wants to link, thereīs no way to go on...How can I turn that off?

Installation will take few minutes" and a progress bar which never shows anything. I let the phone this morning on this screen for about 30 mins, so I think it just hangs with no action.More on this I tried reporting this using support for in the store, but it gives an error saying that I have errors in fields marked with red, but none are red or showing any error (I have only message field, email which is actually just showing my account email as text
View 10 Replies View RelatedMy phone has all of the settings sent by the phone company. It will access the internet no problem by going through the browser. However attempting to click on the preinstalled 'store' and 'maps' button starts the programs which then error 'connection failed' connection unavailable'. Clicking on SW updates gives the same error plus "unable to check for updates. Please try later". I haven't updated my phone - not sure how to now the SW updates won't work. Is it just a case of updating the preinstalled software?

View 16 Replies View RelatedI've been running Opera 11.00 (build 1447) on my N8-00 (now upgraded to Anna) very successfully for months. Decided to upgrade to 11.5.1952 (downloaded from Ovi store) yesterday. Install seems to go OK but then it will not launch. It seems to try momentarily but then nothing. Have been able to reinstall 11.00 from the sis file and that still runs fine.

View 4 Replies View RelatedThe latest Opera Mini from OVI Store (version 7.0(29980)) is not working on my N8 with Belle anymore.Install is OK but when I start the browser there is a message about font calculation and when it comes to about 82% it always crashes the phone (restart) I then downloaded the sis from the Opera site, installed it and everything works nice again. This is version 7.0(29974)
View 1 Replies View RelatedI changed the Default applications | Browsing internet setting from Web to Opera Mini. This does not seem to affect anything. Unless I actually start Opera Mobile, any application that has a URL link will start the default N97 browser instead of Opera Mobile.
Is there something else I need to do in order to change the default browser on the N97?

On the Nokia web site I could see that for my N95 classic (RM-159) the latest firmware is 35.0.002 is available.But when connecting my N95 to OVI i am told that 31.0.017 is the latest being available.Can somebody shed a light on that please?
View 5 Replies View Related2 days ago I checked to see if there has been an update on my E72-2 NAM. I checked through my device and also on the "Check for update" on the Nokia site. Both said that there was an update. My present V is 021.024 and the new V is 022.007. Then I read through the postings to see if anyone had tried the new Version. This morning I checked on my device and I was told that there was no update available, but it was still available on the Nokia site.I am a bit scared to attempt an update normally but even more so now.
Does this mean that Nokia has taken the update back because of problems with it?I need some advice on this. My present Version doesn't seem to be giving me any problems, Maybe because I am not a power user.

As the the title states, when I press buy button in Ovi store it shows "Server error, we are experiencing problems with the payment service. You will be taken back to the catalog page." It occurs to all apps not specific app. The price shows correctly in local currency. I still didn't enter any card number. I've contacted Nokia call center which they received the issue with no response and solution for more than 1 week.
