I have a Nokia N82 running on v35.0.002 and whenever I try downloading Ovi Store from the download pplication it downloads well but when it reaches 75% of installation it says unable to install
My problem is I cant install ovi store on my nokia. When i download installation file and run it, it says its installing. When its almost end of installation it says 'installation was impossible'.
can not install shop. Tried toinstall four different versions, including misrepresented and that you download the browser when they click the icon.At the end of the installation says: "Installation not possible"
I cant install applications from ovi store it works once when i changed the dns servers but now it does nt work again i tried different dns servers without success.

My 5130 can't install the ovi store on my mobile. I've tried multiple times and it just redirects me back to the installation page. Anything I try to install from Ovi store takes me to this page, but my 5130 won't let me install it.I'm with t-mobile if that helps.

I have downloaded "storeinstaller_tb92_QTbundle_prd_PROD_3.18.036" and installed on top of Nokiastore which was updated from ovi-store via phone update. Now When i installed this 3.18.036 version, I come to know that this is for symbian belle and not workign well in my E7, very sluggish in performance. So I unistalled the Nokia store. It restarted the phone and i see that OVi store has come instead of old - nokia store,Now I am unable to update to the latest Nokia store which was working fine until recently, any suggestion how to update it via phone will be helpful, I have checked software updater, but no luck.Also why certain apps which I downloaded frombeta labs, doesnot update automatically, the updates ae available but everytime I hv to download from betalabs, why software update can't find if any update are vailable for the installed software?is it a bug in Nokia software updater?

i have a Nokia 701. Recently updated with latest software. After updating formatted the phone and mass memory and lost the store client. Tried to install from store.ovi.com and beta labs but after 99% complition it says unable to install.how to install the client.
I just recently got the Nokia E-72 and after getting a new memory card just yesterday for it I am no longer able to open the Ovi Store application that was already installed on the phone. I also just installed the Ovi Suite on my computer and when it requests to install the "Support software" my phone just gives me the simple error of "Unable to install" with a red symbol next to the words. I also tried installing the Ovi Store from the web and I get the same Unable to Install error that I get when trying to install the Support Software. I already checked the "application manager" it is allows all applications to be installed. I've also tried reinstalling the software via the Ovi Suite and that doesn't do anything either. I looked up how to hard reset the phone as well, and I hold the correct buttons+the top power button at the same time while the phone is of f but it doesn't seem like it does anything when the phone comes back on.
I wouldn't mind getting the phone to go back to square one as I haven't had the phone long enough to miss much besides my contacts which I can just synchronize. So if someone could tell me a solution or tell me how to bring my phone back to factory settings I would greatly appreciate it. I have tried restoring to factory settings and the Ovi Store will still not open from my phone, it acts like it wants to (briefly flashes as if its opening) and will just go back to the menu screen. Even after restoring to factory settings I still cannot install the "support software". The phone merely says "Unable to install" and leaves it at that.
I use Nokia N8 and Ovi store 2.0. As the the title states, when I press buy button in Ovi store it shows "Server error, we are experiencing problems with the payment service. You will be taken back to the catalog page." It occurs to all apps not specific app. The price shows correctly in local currency. I still didn't enter any card number. I've contacted Nokia call center which they received the issue with no response and solution for more than 1 week.
Recently I bought a used N8 which has been working as expected until I noticed that it wouldn't install a single app. When I got the phone the previous user had reset the phone to factory settings and in general tried to turn it back to it's original condition. At first all apps installed without problems. The only app I experienced problems with was Nokia Store, which always got stuck on the loading screen and never opened. Now my N8 hasn't been able to install any apps what so ever, especially no .sis or .sisx files. The installation of .sis or .sisx files results in a error message Unable to install (or something similar in english). The newest software of Symbian Anna is installed on the phone. The only app I've been able to install is one with a .wgz ending.I've tried to reset the phone to factory settings again, reset the device with *#7370# code and held the power button for 8 seconds, and my problem persists.

I am unable to login to the Ovi Store on my brand new N78 because I can't sign in to my Nokia.com account. While I can sign in fine on the Internet, I can't press the sign in button below my username and password. I am able to open other links by clicking on them so this is very frustrating.

When I bought my nokia 701 I had pre-installed shazam.For a mistake I deleted it, I can't get the app back from nokia store (shazam not available for symbian belle) and every version I installed is bugged (apps automatically closed after few seconds).I sent an email to your support and they answer to upgrade my firmware (thing I already did, I restored it too) but nothing changes shazam is still not there.I asked how can I get it back from the "initial" firmware but I had no answer
