I tried signing in over and over but it keeps saying operation could not be completed due to an error. my account name and pass is correct, i tried signing in to the ovi store on the website on the computer and it works. but i try signing in to the ovi store app, it comes up with an error
View 8 RepliesI have a Nokia C-7 and i recently upgraded its software. Well, the phone has been working great but whenever i go to the Ovi Store, it won't let me sign in! No matter how many times i tap the sign-in button on the screen, its hopeless. I kept uninstalling it, then reinstalling it over and over. Turning off my phone and back on didnt do the job.

I cannot sign in my nokia account in ovi store with my n8.Ovi store opens but when i sign in my nokia account it always says
"Operation network time out, Please Try Again."
or sometimes
"Unable to complete the operation due to connection erreor. Please try again later."
I just got my phone back today after being fixed so all my contacts are backed up to Ovi.When I go to sync them it says connection unavailable and when I try sync them from the computer it says it's only partially confisgured.Internet is working on my phone as I can sign into facebook and other sites I use a lot.

Quite a while, I can't sign in on facebook on my Nokia n97 mini. I have a widget installed at the startpage. When I try to sign in a window appears with: Error occurred An unrecoverable error occurred. It might help to reboot device. But it does not! On my PC however I can easily log in.

As the the title states, when I press buy button in Ovi store it shows "Server error, we are experiencing problems with the payment service. You will be taken back to the catalog page." It occurs to all apps not specific app. The price shows correctly in local currency. I still didn't enter any card number. I've contacted Nokia call center which they received the issue with no response and solution for more than 1 week.
