Eseries / Communicators :: Unable To Sign Into Ovi Store And Download Apps?
Jan 9, 2011I received two download links from the Nokia website upon request. Clicking on the link gets me to the download site and it asks me to sign in or register if I don't have a Nokia account. Whoever designed this was either on drugs or intoxicated, because without a nokia account they don't send you a download link in the first place. Since I do post this message here, I obviously did register and have an account. The problem is, my username and Password is not being recognized and it sends me into a never ending loop, with other words I am unable to sign in and download the application.i am at my wits ends and I am fuming at Nokia for giving me such a hard time to download a simple mobile app. My phone model is the E71x and both apps I received the link for are supposed to be compatible with this model.

Sep 29, 2011I just got my phone back today after being fixed so all my contacts are backed up to Ovi.When I go to sync them it says connection unavailable and when I try sync them from the computer it says it's only partially confisgured.Internet is working on my phone as I can sign into facebook and other sites I use a lot.

Jul 5, 2012For months now, I haven't been able to use iMessage. I go to the Messages page on Settings and it says that iMessage is turned on but that it is "Waiting for activation...". When I click "Use your Apple ID for iMessage" and put in my information (which I know is correct because it works for iTunes and the App Store) it takes about 3 minutes then comes up with a message saying "Could not sign in. Pleace check your network connection and try again." This doesn't make any sense because I am definitely connected to the network- I have plenty of service, 3G, etc. I am also pretty sure that this is connected to why nothing has been sent to my iCloud either...

Aug 25, 2014I recently got a new email address because my old email address was deactivated. I am now unable to log on to that email address. I updated my Apple ID to my new apple id on my mac and it worked fine! However, when I got on my iPhone I was immediately instructed to enter my password to my old apple id on iCloud, and when I did it was denied. It will not let me log out of my old apple id without the password, and my password does not work for it now that I changed my email address. I have literally tried everything. I reset my phone, and was still prompted to enter the apple Id from my old email address, I even put my phone into recovery mode and reset it. However, after all of this it is still not working.

I am trying to set up my email using POP. the problem is in "login information" my username suppose to be "abc@blabla.com" but it only appear as "abc" thus my blackberry is unable to sign in to the email that i want to set up; and i cannot edit this area because it is set automatically by my device. Before i used Curve 8310 with v4.5 i can sucessfully create similar account becuase the login appear to be "xyz@blabla.com" instead of just "xyz" in username space.
