During the last days, suddenly while trying to sign in to Ovi Store I receive the message " unable to complete the operation due to connection error. try again later".Internet connection and other connections work OK.
View 3 RepliesMain issue is that all attempts at downloading games/apps via the onboard "Store" app end up failing. Click on download, shows "downloading" briefly but almost immediately shows an error that download has failed. This happens with ALL apps in the Store.

I have a Nokia C-7 and i recently upgraded its software. Well, the phone has been working great but whenever i go to the Ovi Store, it won't let me sign in! No matter how many times i tap the sign-in button on the screen, its hopeless. I kept uninstalling it, then reinstalling it over and over. Turning off my phone and back on didnt do the job.

I cannot sign in my nokia account in ovi store with my n8.Ovi store opens but when i sign in my nokia account it always says

l application and try to add mu gmail account to it, I always get invalid username or apssword error. I'm 100% sure that the entered username and password are correct (they work from Opera mini on the phone and other phones and PCs work fine and in the mail application, I can see that they have been entered correctly).

Clicking on the link gets me to the download site and it asks me to sign in or register if I don't have a Nokia account. Whoever designed this was either on drugs or intoxicated, because without a nokia account they don't send you a download link in the first place. Since I do post this message here, I obviously did register and have an account. The problem is, my username and Password is not being recognized and it sends me into a never ending loop, with other words I am unable to sign in and download the application.i am at my wits ends and I am fuming at Nokia for giving me such a hard time to download a simple mobile app. My phone model is the E71x and both apps I received the link for are supposed to be compatible with this model.

View 2 Replies View RelatedI lost the Ovi store icon from my phone today. I can see Ovi store app when I check application manager>installed apps. But it is not there in the menu. So I cant access it by any means. I tried installing the new qml store client. Even that gets installed but not available thru menu. I can confirm it is installed in the phone memory as I can see it in the installed apps list. But no way I can use it since there is no icon for it. Also I have lost my internet search engine which is used to search web content thru native browser.
