I also tried to uninstall the game, but only one of the icons allows uninstall and that too it gives an error halfway thru, saying 'Removing Failed!'...I've tried Nokia MIDlet restorer, but that didn't work either...

Mar 15, 2011Ovi store came installed as I purchased Nokia E-5 recently. It was working fine till a weak back. Now when It is opened, it seems to load but somehow it is redirected to another page saying "A new version of ovi store is available, update your application to continue using it".Clicking on the update option download does not start at all. So ovi store application is not working at all.

Nov 30, 2010The E5 has a home button and a message button that you can configure. Normally if you press the message button for a short time, it goes to messages. If you press it for a long time, it opens the create message menu. Mine worked yesterday but doesn't do anything anymore.

May 18, 2011When I got my E5 I could start typing a name of a contact and the search worked nicely. But now nothing happens as I type - it just shows the text/numbers that I have entered. Mar 15, 2012i have been trying to update my nokia E7 from symbian Anna to symbian Belle using nokia suite 3.3.89 but whenever it goes to the backup step , my phone displays an error message saying ( Home Screen cannot operate while backup or restore is in progress ) and then it turns off and the nokia suite asks me to restart my mobile and when i do so , nothing changes and the nokia suite display a message that it cannot backup my phone , also when i try to backup my mobile using a flash memory i have the same message on my phone and it turns off , also i tried to hard reset my mobile but with no use , so what can i do ?

Jan 24, 2011Not sure if this has been asked before, probably has, but I cannot connect to the ovi store on my phone, after I enter my account details, keeps saying sign in failed even though I can sign into ovi on my computer, I have reset the cache and cleared cookies, cookies are allowed on my phone all that. I have synced it with the ovi suite all that perfectly but, I don't know why I can't sign into the ovi store on my phone, or sync with ovi sync on my phone either. Im living in Ireland if that makes any difference at all and on vodafone network.

Feb 22, 2012Had a notification that a newer version of Nokia / OVI store was available today (22/02/12 Ver. Ovistore_32prdSrv_1_22_014.sisx) so I downloaded and installed it.It stores cache on the phone memory in a directory imagecache/Juniper and is full of all the icon pictures of apps on the nokia store.so the phone memory is filling up.
EVEN WORSE.If I go into my pictures gallery they are all being displayed there!!!
Can't find any of my own photo's because all these stupid icons/pictures from the store!

Dec 26, 2010i have an E5-00 Rm632 fw ver: 42.010. When i open licences in the control panel, it reboots in a few seconds.And the phone has become awfully slow.I took it to the nokia care center.they upgraded the software from 42.007 to 42.010.i couldnt upgrade to the latest sw from my phone or using nokia software updater.i'm just fed up with the sw bugs in this phone. the phone went to L3 two times

Sep 7, 2011I'm quite sure that an Imap account of mine was taking 25MB from C drive space.So, I've tried to convert it to POP and delete the emails from the phone. It didn't work. The phone kept showing "I'm deleting the messages" but with no succes.So I removed the account, hoping to delete the messages. From what I see it didn't do the trick.Now, I would like to find where the emails are stored and manually delete them.

Jul 14, 2010I just recently got the Nokia E-72 and after getting a new memory card just yesterday for it I am no longer able to open the Ovi Store application that was already installed on the phone. I also just installed the Ovi Suite on my computer and when it requests to install the "Support software" my phone just gives me the simple error of "Unable to install" with a red symbol next to the words. I also tried installing the Ovi Store from the web and I get the same Unable to Install error that I get when trying to install the Support Software. I already checked the "application manager" it is allows all applications to be installed. I've also tried reinstalling the software via the Ovi Suite and that doesn't do anything either. I looked up how to hard reset the phone as well, and I hold the correct buttons+the top power button at the same time while the phone is of f but it doesn't seem like it does anything when the phone comes back on. I wouldn't mind getting the phone to go back to square one as I haven't had the phone long enough to miss much besides my contacts which I can just synchronize.

Mar 17, 2012I cannot update existing apps or install new apps on my iphone. This just started happening today. I am having the same problem on my ipad. I have switched to a dfferent wifi network to see if it was a network problem. However, ti didn't make any difference.
I clicked on the update all apps button and the apps requiring update were tagged but none of the updates have started. I powered down the iphone and the ipad to see if that would help. But the apps updates/installations are stuck on waiting. I can't pause any of the updates.
I deleted one of the new apps and tried to reinstall it. However, it just hangs up when it gets ready to reinstall.

Aug 19, 2011I did the update yesterday, and today i did charge it for a couple of hours, but now it has stopped charging completey. even through the usb connected to a PC, even a car charger and the direct wall charger. i Have two towers of the battery remaining. The computer does not regonise the device also. Could the port be damaged? or is it a software problem??

Apr 21, 2010After an update of Ovi Store it doesn't work on my N97? It starts but when trying to accept the terms and log in, always some error? I updated it after hard reset a week ago and no Ovi Store with N97 since then. With my other phones it works. Anyone else has the same problem? Perhaps I should try to hard reset again. I have N900, N97, E75, N95, Samsung Ultra Touch and iPhone, and N97 is the one I carry with me. It has great features that cannot be loaded afterwards if they are missing from a device (like great camera, video calls, fm-transmitter...).
