Ovi store came installed as I purchased Nokia E-5 recently. It was working fine till a weak back. Now when It is opened, it seems to load but somehow it is redirected to another page saying "A new version of ovi store is available, update your application to continue using it".Clicking on the update option download does not start at all. So ovi store application is not working at all.

Several applications, including Ovi Store and Maps, will not start with phone encryption enabled. Disabling encryption means I can use the mentioned applications, but as soon as I sync the mail, the encryption is back on.

Now When i installed this 3.18.036 version, I come to know that this is for symbian belle and not workign well in my E7, very sluggish in performance. So I unistalled the Nokia store. It restarted the phone and i see that OVi store has come instead of old - nokia store,Now I am unable to update to the latest Nokia store which was working fine until recently, any suggestion how to update it via phone will be helpful, I have checked software updater, but no luck.Also why certain apps which I downloaded frombeta labs, doesnot update automatically, the updates ae available but everytime I hv to download from betalabs, why software update can't find if any update are vailable for the installed software?is it a bug in Nokia software updater?

Yesterday everything was fine, but today when I make or receive calls, people can't hear me speak, while I can hear them perfectly. I tried the recorder, but when I make a record, again I don't hear anything when I play it, so the problem must be in the microphone. I haven't dropped or hit my phone, no accidents, nothing. I even tried to restart it, but it still didn't work.

When I press the EMail shortcut key, on the top right side of the keypad, this shortcut doesn't open the general EMail "folder" where I can see my GMail, Yahoo!, and Hotmail email accounts, instead it opens my Yahoo! email account directly, and I have to go back to the general "folder" to see my other email accounts...
I've tried playing with all the different options, but so far cannot make it work as I think it should be, which would be to go to the main EMail "folder", so I can choose which EMail account I want to open/synchronise, and not just opening the first EMail account I set up... Also, is not downloading the "Sent Items" folder, even though I chose "All" in What to download...
I have been using Nokia email messaging for a while now but suddenly today it is asking me for a Password. I understand that this should be the password for the first email account that I set up on the E71. I have tried this as well as the password for the other account with no success.

View 12 Replies View RelatedNot sure if this has been asked before, probably has, but I cannot connect to the ovi store on my phone, after I enter my account details, keeps saying sign in failed even though I can sign into ovi on my computer, I have reset the cache and cleared cookies, cookies are allowed on my phone all that. I have synced it with the ovi suite all that perfectly but, I don't know why I can't sign into the ovi store on my phone, or sync with ovi sync on my phone either. Im living in Ireland if that makes any difference at all and on vodafone network.

Ovistore_32prdSrv_1_22_014.sisx) so I downloaded and installed it.It stores cache on the phone memory in a directory imagecache/Juniper and is full of all the icon pictures of apps on the nokia store.so the phone memory is filling up.
EVEN WORSE.If I go into my pictures gallery they are all being displayed there!!!

i have an E5-00 Rm632 fw ver: 42.010. When i open licences in the control panel, it reboots in a few seconds.And the phone has become awfully slow.I took it to the nokia care center.they upgraded the software from 42.007 to 42.010.i couldnt upgrade to the latest sw from my phone or using nokia software updater.i'm just fed up with the sw bugs in this phone. the phone went to L3 two times
