So I've created an id via computer using my email and password. Able to log in on computer using these. I no I am putting the correct email and pass word in but still i cannot get on to app world I have tried using the forgot password this confirms my email address then asks me for password recovery question which I cannot remember at all. When I got to the download page I did everything (authenticating, etc.) as per usual.The download began but then I received a message saying "FaceBook not available from AppWorld". Vodafone suggested I cleaned the memory (options, security, advanced security, memory cleaning), and then tried to delete my old BBID (the one that worked on my old Bold 9700) and set up a new BBID, but that didn't work either. For months now, I haven't been able to use iMessage. I go to the Messages page on Settings and it says that iMessage is turned on but that it is "Waiting for activation...". When I click "Use your Apple ID for iMessage" and put in my information (which I know is correct because it works for iTunes and the App Store) it takes about 3 minutes then comes up with a message saying "Could not sign in. Pleace check your network connection and try again." This doesn't make any sense because I am definitely connected to the network- I have plenty of service, 3G, etc. I am also pretty sure that this is connected to why nothing has been sent to my iCloud either...

View 2 Replies View RelatedI recently got a new email address because my old email address was deactivated. I am now unable to log on to that email address. I updated my Apple ID to my new apple id on my mac and it worked fine! However, when I got on my iPhone I was immediately instructed to enter my password to my old apple id on iCloud, and when I did it was denied. It will not let me log out of my old apple id without the password, and my password does not work for it now that I changed my email address. I have literally tried everything. I reset my phone, and was still prompted to enter the apple Id from my old email address, I even put my phone into recovery mode and reset it. However, after all of this it is still not working.
