I am not using the phone memory for storage. it says it contain 30MB phone memory.i can only use 3.6MB of it. i am not able to access the remaining 26mb or find it. did reset factory condition but it remains the same. help me with this problem.

A restart of both fixed it on all occasions, now even that doesn't work.It shows up in My Computer but when I try to open it my PC tells me to insert a disk into drive I.It has worked without fail in the past , because my AV software used to flash up a warning that Autorun has been disabled for that device.

I had got 22 MB free in phone memory and 100 MB in memory card. I don't think any mobile game uses that much memory so what might be the reason??
Second thing is while trying to use some 3rd party application/software when I tries to access Application Access> Data Access> Read User Data> then I'm able to access only 2 options out of 4 available. One is 'Ask every time' and another is 'not allowed'. How I can add that particular application for 'always allowed' or 'ask first time only' access.
I have an E75 for a few months now and I have a problem that totally confuses me: I constantly keep getting the System Message that my Internal Memory C: is full and that I need to either delete files or move them to the flash memory. Sometimes it also refuses to open emails, because of the lack of memory.
The sad part is that almost all of my data already is on the flash card, not on the internal drive. There's literally nothing left to delete from the internal memory. I also tried deleting my personal data from the web browser, but it didn't help much. I checked the data that is stored on the internal memory and it is about 18MB while the phone's file manager sais I have only about 2MB free memory left. 20 MB total memory size seems a little small to me, shouldn't it be 50MB?

The question is whether we can recover anything from the internal 8Gb flash memory. Any thoughts as to whether anything's salvageable and/or how to go about it? Windows gave me an alert saying that the phone should be analysed because of a faulty file system. I ignored this message. When I check (settings, memory) It says memory card corrupt 1.86GB available. When I check File Manager, It says no files/folders. Why can't the BB OS use some of the removable memory card space to free up the internal memory. To me this is a no brainer, most of us have 16 or 32gig cards, I would be more than happy to set aside some space so the phone could run better. Most of the new flash cards these days are reasonably fast and could easily be used as a swap file place holder or reside some of the dormitory features.

I'm fine with purchasing so steps to acquire a movie for free aren't important. I bought a movie thru Google Play which worked great until I was in a rural area with poor signal and the video kept buffering. The problem is that each download takes memory from my phone and i dont know where to look and delete it and free my internal memory back.
My GS6 was at around 30% battery when I went to bed last night and this morning when I woke up was dead.
I plugged it into the factory fast charger and original cable, and although it gets warm to hot, it doesn't switch on or respond in any form.
The automatic backups seem to have only backed up to mid-Aug, and I have photos I would like to get off the phone from prior that date. Why the automatic backup didn't do them. A family member passed away and I have photos I would really like to have.
Is there an internal memory card, or are these memory chips attached to the board? I have the GS6 128GB edition..
