Sep 6, 2012I have tried at least 5 different bluetooth and they all keep disconnecting, even when I bought a higher end bluetooth. I sent it back for repairs at least 2 times and now it will be going back again today for the same problems plus a new one ...it won't charge up. Having this phone is very bad for my business. Why can't someone repair my phone instead of sending me someone elses troubled phone.

Apr 19, 2012I have 3 email accounts that I synchronise with the email app. I use this app to have all my accounts in the same place, including my gmail account. The issue is that when I send an email, a copy of it is stored in the imap sent email folder of the account. Gmail do not recommend this practice because it saves all sent email by itself, and there for, if the client also saves a copy of the email, there is two copies stored. That's my problem. When using email app, I find in my email account twice the mail sent in the conversation. (How) can I configure the email app not to store the sent messages in the imap server ? I am running ICS official realease from sony (PC Companion) since yesterday.

Jan 19, 2016Got a new Lumia 950 about 10 days ago. Set up my 2 email accounts (Gmail, Exchange) and, initially, they both worked correctly. I was receiving messages and could reply.
Starting two days ago, out of the blue, I can no longer send messages. I am still receiving messages on both accounts. But, attempts to reply (or send a new message) result in a red "x" showing up in my inbox (next to my sent message). When I click on the message that did not send, it says "There was an error sending your message."
I just tried deleting both email accounts and reconnecting them. No luck.
Motorola Triumph :: Low Volume / Dialer Stuck And WiFi Connection Errors
Jul 29, 2011This is my second Triumph, while 1/2 of my issues were resolved because I got a replacement, the following are issues that are happening with both phones and I'm not sure if these issues will be fixed, or if there is something I can do on my end.
Phone volume - No matter what, the volume is low.... the other phone was way lower, on this one I can hear people, but its like my volume at 50% on my intercept. When the phone is being used as a phone, it sounds like the speaker is blown, on top of it being low. Speakerphone sounds ok, but still volume is low.
Bluetooth - I have tried this with 3 headsets, so its not the headset. When I connect, it will disconnect on its own sometimes reconnecting, but most of the time it doesn't. It will show the icon that it has a connection, but it doesn't (even if I turn the headset off, it still shows the icon is connected). And of course, volume, if its down to 50%, I can't hear anything.
Phone Dialer - If I try to use this to dial the phone, it sticks. So I have to press a 5, then wait for 10 seconds, then press a 2, then wait for 10 seconds, etc. Using speed dial.
WiFi - I have a strong wi-fi connection. It's a cable modem. But when I select my wi-fi, it says its connected, but I get connection errors when I try to get e-mail, go on you tube, etc. I have to restart my phone and then connect to get it to work.
I don't have much installed on the phone, and I have 893 mb remaining. I don't like my battery life getting killed, so I turn off my 3g and everything when I'm not using it and don't have apps running in the background. Battery life is lasting around 36 hours on a charge.

Dec 20, 2011I am having no luck trying to send any picture to someone using my Hotmail account. I can recieve any message fine and reply just with text but if i attatch any file (so far picture) it doesnt allow me.
I had to send a file through a MMS just so they could get it.
BB Bold 9700 :: Email And Hotmail Error
Mar 2, 2010I too am having email issues with my 9700. I have 3 accounts that run off the hotmail server, yet I can NOT get my phone to sync up with the server to delete my messages from the inbox and the phone. I even tried going back to my 8320 and the messages were deleted off the hotmail server. I'm so frustrated with the 9700 not working. Any one know how to fix this issue!

Adding a different hotmail account works no problems, but this is my main account so I really need this on my phone

Feb 17, 2012I have a single corporate email account setup (Settings/Accounts), the account syncs correctly when on 4G/3G. It also syncs correctly on Wi-Fi as long as I force the phone to stay awake (scroll on the screen/push a button every so often to keep the phone awake). However when using Wi-Fi and I hit the power button shutting the screen off putting the phone to sleep, it causes my corporate sync account to throw a "Connection Error" icon (orange triangle with exclamation point in the middle) at the top of the screen. Why do I think it is a sleeping/Wi-Fi issue? Because if on Wi-Fi and I hit the power button and wait a few seconds and hit it again turning the screen on the CE icon is there. If I force the screen to stay on (method above) I never get the error. If I switch my Razr to use 4G/3G and try the same power button on/off test method, I never get the error.
I have confirmed in my Wi-Fi settings Wi-Fi Sleep policy is set to Never and I do not have any Smart Actions turning Wi-Fi off. This seemed to have happened after the .173 update. I have also forced my phone to connect to another Access Point in my house to try and isolate this issue to an AP problem but my Razr exhibits the same behavior. Also confirmed in My Accounts|Corporate Sync|Server Settings "Verify Server" that I get "Success!" in the Verification Result Window.

Apr 16, 2010I am based in the UK and I am having problems setting up email on my blackberry bold 9700.I have 2 email accounts, both of which come up with 'username and/or password invalid'. My first and main account is with hotmail.co.uk, my second account is with googlemail.com.It might be important to note that my password for both is the same, but I dont see this as an issue as it consits of only letters and numbers.Also, my girlfriend input her hotmail.com account and it worked fine. So why does it work for her and not me?! I have tried to get a hotmail.com account but for some reason only hotmail.co.uk and live.co.uk are the only options for new email accounts here.This problem is also reflected in the Facebook application, whereas my girlfriend input her facebook username (which is her hotmail.com address) and it worked. When I input my Facebook username (my hotmail.co.uk address) it says that this is invalid!It is sooo frustrating and as a new blackberry user I feel a bit out of my depth

I never had any such issues with LG Optimus V. Also that when i forward the attachment to my gmail account, i have no issues opening it.

I have only had my phone for about 40 days (10 days past Radio Shack's return policy, unfortunately), and beginning 3 or 4 days ago my phone stopped consistently charging. I would put it on the charger and it would look like it is working for a few minutes, then simply stop charging. I have tried 3 different chargers with the same results-- one with a USB connection to my computer, one in my car, and one plugged into a wall.I already exchanged this Triumph once because of serious software glitches including a keyboard that wouldn't always type. I am starting to feel like perhaps this isn't the phone for me, but it feels terrible to feel like I have been cheated $300 for a phone that doesn't want to work.

Sep 19, 2011Besides us waiting for some sign of a software update to address the issues with our Motoroloa Triumph, does anyone else find it curious how difficult it is to find the accessories for the Triumph? I mean, it's impossible to find something by going to the Motorola Store for the phone. However, if you circumnavigate the site and search on all Android Phones, and find the one phone for Virgin Mobile (by carrier), then find the teeny tiny link for Accessories, one does determine there is a BT headset and also a car charger. But wait, the car charger isn't even available yet.
It's not good commentary that there isn't Motorola badged batteries and car chargers and earbuds, Micro HDMI to HDMI cables, USB charging cables available for the product from Motorola, when clearly, this stuff is available on eBay. And I've recently purchased a very good OEM Motorola Charger and USB charging cables... so the question becomes, where is Motorola's support for the phone? I propose someone feedback to Motorola that besides waiting for needed SW updates, we could use a little product support in the way of accessories.

Nov 16, 2011I have spent number hours on the phone w/tech support. My orig phone wouldn't save my #s to reactivate. I was constantly having to reactivate via tech support to no avail. I am not able to upload photos or videos and send them via email or text msg, but they will upload to FB. I received a replacement phone yesterday. Uploaded and sent 1 photo via text and it seemed to work. Shut off phone last night and this morning when I turned it on it said I need to reactivate. I did it without having to call tech support but just tried to upload and send a photo via text and it won't do it.

Sep 9, 2010'm having a weird issue happening in our Blackberry environment. Several of our users are reporting that when they leave for the day, their email do not populate until they return to the office the next morning. What I've gathered so far is, it seems like the device doesn't know when to switch back to 3G when the Wi-Fi connection we have here at work drops. In other words, the phone stops sending/receiving email because it no longer has a Wi-Fi connection but it never switches back to 3G. If I turn off the Wi-Fi on the problematic devices, they never have any of the problems mentioned above - but the uppers do not like that solution.

Apr 1, 2010Is anyone else having this issue? I just got a Samsung Saga. Yesterday I set up my AOL and Gmail accts on it. Everything was fine. Today only my Gmail works. Whenever I try to access my AOL email I get this error message- "Messages cannot be downloaded to your mobile device. Make sure you are connected and that your email account settings are correct. Then, try to download messages again."I have not changed anything and the phone is connected to my home wireless network. I tried deleting the account and reinstalling but I still get that error.I don't understand why it was working and just stopped. It is especially confusing because of the gmail account working.
