View 1 RepliesI am a software developer. We develop mobile applications for iOS and Android devices. One device we use to develop and test is a Droid 4. Thus, we installed Motorola Device Manager (MDM).Recently, I tried to install an update to MDM.I got an error message:MDM Installer.pkg was signed with an invalid certificate. This package might not install what you expect. Do you want to continue with the installation anyway? The certificate expired on Wed July 3rd.

View 3 Replies View RelatedBoth my wife and I have Defy's owned for 4 months and upgraded to Froyo 2.2 some weeks ago.both working normally. Then yesterday my phone, for no obvious reason, came up with the message "Invalid Battery.Your device battery is invalid and cannot be charged. Replace the battery with an origional motorola battery." Also the battery symbol at top right of display is black, not green, and has a? mark in it. I have checked my battery, which came with the phone, and it is official Motorola with hologram. So is my wifes.I tried swapping the batteries and while my battery works perfectly in her phone, her battery in my phone gives the same errors.I then tried a master reset....Twice! Both successful, wiping all my data, and requiring me to set up the phone again, but problem still remains.

Invalid Battery.Your device battery is invalid and cannot be charged.Replace the battery with an original Motorola battery."I have the original Motorola Atrix battery that it came with originally. Problem occured out of nowhere. I cleared data/cache, rebooted phone, flashed different roms, took out battery then put it back in, used RSD Lite to flash back to stock 4.1.83 Atrix via sbf file but nothing worked.

My iphone 4s battery was dead, so I replaced a battery bought over internet. Now when I charge the phone ( using usb cable plugged to the power outlet on the wall) on right top corner it displays "battery is charged" (battery icon with a plug) but % of charge remains at 5%.

View 1 Replies View RelatedYesterday I stopped receiving e-mail from my AOL account. Instead I received an "invalid credentials" message. I was sent to the email settings page and asked to enter my password. Did that...still get the same message. I found a thread in this forum (since have been unable to relocate it) where someone suggested disabling a need for two step authentication in google and another said to do a factory reset. how to do either of those two things.

View 9 Replies View RelatedWhen I look at the battery use in Settings/Battery Information it shows items such as WIFI at 4+% ( WIFI not even on) or a game I played (today Jewels Star at 25% - only was to make this one disappear is to uninstall the program, this is true with any game I play). My question is, is this information about what WAS running or information on what IS running. or both.
View 2 Replies View RelatedMy HTC One is only about 8 months old and just recently the battery needs to be charged multiple times per day. I set it so the % shows and if seems to be losing about 1% every minute or few minutes while in use. I close all apps when I'm finished, and I'm usually only messaging. My battery usage information shows some apps using about 1% of the battery while the android system itself is using 93% of the battery. I have enabled power saver and also turned off everything except mobile data. I also applied some tips I read about to preserve battery life. Nothing seems to work. Is this a common issue with the 4.3 update or should I be taking my phone in to my provider and asking them to fix it (since it is still under warranty)....
View 24 Replies View RelatedI have experienced an unusual problem on my HTC One. My device does not get charged at all on switched on condition even if I change cables or any other charging adaptors. It does not show anything even if I connect to the computer via USB cable. But when I switch off the device and plug into the ac power, first it shows bright red led indicator and sign of the battery for 9-10 seconds, then the brightness of led indicator decreases and at the same time it shows battery charging with battery percentage for 6-7 seconds then led indicator and sign of battery goes off completely.
Again after 4 seconds same process happens. It took about 8 hours to charge the battery from 20%-100% on Switched off condition. I did factory reset, battery calibration (I connected charger for 10-15 mins in switched off condition, then I pressed and hold power button, volume up and volume down button for 2-3 mins which repeatedly restarted the handset) as well but the problem is same.
My husband's 4s will not power up at all. Battery has charge. Tried to connect to iTunes but it could not "find" the phone. On vacation and nearest apple store is over an hour away.

iPod touch, iOS 5

View 1 Replies View RelatedI am currently using ip4, iOS5.1. The problem I am having now is when my phone is fully charged, it just can't last long. I left my phone idle and without using it, it will automatically turned off. When I turned it on, the battery shown a value (example: 16 %), after a while, it shows higher battery life value (example: 32%). Then after some time, it automatically turned off again. Is this battery problem or software problem?
