A spot on the bottom right side of the screen doesnt respond to my touch (the exact spot is the right " : " on the screen selecter pop-up). It doesnt matter what oriantation the phone is in or screen is being displayed.
Ive done a battery reset and Factory reset, short of a return
When I connect my phone to a wall charger (provided my Motorola), the touch screen responds rarely (slowly). As soon you disconnect the charger it works fine. I had talked to Motorola specialist over the phone and she provided me with a new charger. However, the problem still persists.
Yesterday, I used a Blackberry charger (with very close voltage and current output) and the phone worked fine.
I had over half a charge after sending a text message yesterday around 3pm. I looked at the phone at 4:30 and the screen was black and the device doesn't respond. I removed the battery and put it back to no avail. If I plug it in, the green light comes on - the Motorola splash screen displays - then a battery meter displays.

View 3 Replies View RelatedSo I've had my T-Mobile Galaxy S6 for 9 days and I noticed a dark shadow or spot on the right side of the screen. I thought it was the lens or the plastic film covering the lens. I was wrong and it appears the issue is with the sensor itself. T-Mobile is sending me another unit.
This is an expensive piece of tech. So make sure you check everything the first days you own it to ensure you are not stuck with a defected one.

phone has been fine while plugged in, until about 2 minutes ago. plugged it in, tried to pull the notification bar down to switch to mass storage mode and the screen would not respond. took a couple swipes, and it eventually worked after a few tries.it's also doing it in my car dock now too.has been fine, nothing has changed, just started doing it out of the blue.

I downloaded all the necessary software to do the fix, but when i open up Device Manager, i only get an icon on the quicklaunch bar on the bottom right side of the screen, once i open it, all it shows me is "Properties" and it doesnt open the actual Device Manager.

I purchased a Samsung galaxy S6 on June 5th. On Sunday morning it was working fine. Sunday afternoon, I tried to use it and the screen will not recognize my touch. Everything works on the phone. The screen illuminates, it rings, I can talk on the phone through my car but I cannot do anything that involves using the screen. The back button will work but that is it. Unfortunately, I have a pin code security on the phone. I took it to Sprint and they had never seen this happen before on the this phone.
1. I have tried the reset, doesn't work.
2. How to get my data, like pics, off my phone considering I cannot unlock the phone because the screen doesn't respond?

Finaly I managed to turned off and on and there was a yellow spot on the screen. Its visible only on lighter colors. I brought it back and they sayed that I could be my mistake but I didnt do anything to it only downloaded some aplications from ovi store.

A few times now my Atrix has become completely unresponsive to voice input.
The voice input dialog pops up, but nothing that's said is heard and the input mode just reacts as if it just got silence.
I may have had the phone connected to my bluetooth speaker phone in the car at some point (or a headset), but I'm not 100% sure.
Since updating to the Gingerbread release, I cannot work out how to respond to meeting requests in the calendar. I'm sure it's just something I'm missing but I can't see how to do it.How do I respond to the requests?

View 4 Replies View RelatedI have a Pattern Setup as my lock screen for my phone, and 2 out of the 3 times I try to unlock it, it doesn't work. I try to drag the pattern out, but it thinks i lifted my finger and the lines go red, like when you guess the wrong pattern, and the lines go crazy, shooting to random dots on the lock screen, making it very tempremental. When this occurs i just click the lock button to shut the screen off, and then try again. Even after I do this, it still won't work and the lock screen will go crazy.

View 3 Replies View RelatedI noticed that my LCD has a column of dark pixels when watching movies, when certain colors pass by. This prompted me to check it by running a couple dead pixel test screens. When I show pure red and blue screens, I can see the same column of pixels (or subpixels) stay black. By this, I mean an entire column of pixels, top to bottom. The pink/magenta screen is also affected but I assume this is because of the red subpixels. No other colors (white, black, yellow, green) are affected. If this was a single pixel, sure, I'd let it go. But having this many pixels be dead really bugs me. The problem is, however, that I bought this handset secondhand (off craigslist) and don't have the original receipt at hand. (therefore I have no warranty).
