My stock music layer is having trouble pulling up my music library. I get a blank screen 97% of the time. Once in a great while it will actully pull up music but most of the albums have no artwork.Other apps I use have no trouble accessing my library
View 5 Replieswent to plug my Atrix in last night, it had been sitting on the dresser. Worked fine when I set it there 4 hours earlier. Battery was maybe half charged, hadn't been used much that day. When I got back to it there was nothing; blank screen, no LEDS, and wouldn't come on. Plugged in and RED LED lit up. Left like this for a while and when I came back the camera light was on, but when I unplugged it went off. Still no power. Read that maybe not original Motorola charger. Got original and GREEN LED came on. GREEN LED also comes on when plugged to PC. When it is unplugged there is nothing.

The green LED is on and solid, the screen is black (sleeping) and it refuses to wake up. The phone did not get wet, I did not drug it, it did not do some heavy exercises, it was sitting on the table, it is not tired. So, what am I supposed to do now? How do I wake it up?

I.e., when travelling to a different time zone, the local time is used by the phone.Problem: The time in all calendar items are adjusted to the time zone travelled-to, not the value orginally set. Therefore the time of an airline flight is advanced (or reduced), and does not reflect the time that the flight actually departs.. a problem.One work-around is to leave the phone time setting to home time, but then the phone can't be used in place of a watch.Is there a setting in the calendar function that ignores current phone time?

I am trying to open an internal compay web page on Atrix with no success. The page has a simple aspx login and just comes up blank. I never get the chance to login.The site opens and runs perfectly on my desktop and my Xoom tablet. Could there be an issue with trusted sites (NOT https)
View 6 Replies View RelatedEvery now and then while listening to music, I will get about 30 seconds into a song, and it will revert back to the previous song played. It will still show the title of the song it should be playing. It doesn't matter if I use the music player that came with the phone or Winamp. Anyone else have this issue or know why it is doing this? All songs are on my extenal sd card.
View 7 Replies View RelatedI have motorola atrix with motoblur and no matter what music player app i install on it, they all exit silently after certain time, usually less than 2 mins. it happens always and it frustrates me. i earlier thought that only default music player is profanity removed-- but it turns every player has this issue.Will at&t replace this phone?

It switches to night around 1800EST and back to day colors and brightness at 0600~ish. too dark at twilight and too bright first thing in the morning. Maybe use the light sensor included in the hardware? Or have a day-light savings setting? Or just use the light sensor. Is there a way to adjust when the "Auto" happens?

I have sort of good connection and i tested uploading pics on facebook and picasa with out any problem, but with gmail it just stays at sending and some times it even don't show that status in gmail client. View 2 Replies View RelatedWhen I create an appointment (am using the stock calendar on my Atrix), about 20% of the time it decides to use the Mountain Standard time zone instead of the Centrral Standard time zone that I am in. The time zone is set to Central in both the settings for the phone and the settings for the calendar. Anyone else seeing this problem?
Am running the latest updates and have relatively few apps installed as my phone is used for business instead of personal and fun. Also, am running on an Exchange Server, but since the calendar is setting the time zone for the appointment incorrectly (I check the time zone before even saving the appointment), it's not a prolem with the Exchange Server or with sync.
I just got this phone in june and this is the secon time this happens, the phone would turn on and the lights everything on as if it was really on, but cant see the screen. A backlight is on but you cant see whats going on the phone. the only thing you see is a black screen, but it is ON you can feel the vibration everytime is press the screen, i just cant see the screen. i dont know what to do and im unable to attend a store to fix it

View 1 Replies View RelatedAfter updating to Lollipop 5.1, I noticed my screen is blank after using any app (messaging, GMail, etc.) and it won't come back. Calls and texts and other notices come (can actually answer calls and see the call screen) through, but home screen and any adjacent screens are all black. The status bar and icons are visible though and I can use the pull down menu. It's as if it is refreshing but never gets to the end. I installed many apps, even used a stock wallpaper), but it still will do this. I have to keep rebooting until it eventually stops; I check it by using a random app and seeing if I can see the screen by pressing the Home button. I also wiped the cache partition after the OS upgrade.

Ths screen just stays blank.As the ablity to run Flash Player is one of the key differentiators for buying a Xoom rather than an iPad.What is worrying more is the rumours on the internet that Adobe are going to stop development on the ICS version.

However my wife bought the Atrix2 and she says the screen shuts off on her when the she touches the screen. It is not a timeout setting either. It is REALLY bad when we are laying in bed and she holds the phone and i try to touch the screen...boom screen shuts off! She turns it on and i touch the screen...boom the screen turns off again. Is this some kind of security setting?
View 9 Replies View RelatedI have this weird thing going on with my Atrix. I've had it for about six months and it was fine until now. What happens is that the touchscreen stops responding after it is turned off (pressing the power button) and back on. I can't unlock the phone, but the volume buttons are still responsive and I can still turn off the screen. If i reboot it (by removing the battery), it boots up just fine, with the screen working perfectly. It'll sometimes stop working when ending a call. The weird thing is that it doesn't happen everytime I turn off the screen, and when it happens, if I turn it off and back on it sometimes starts working again. It also seems to happen more frequently when the battery is low.

View 6 Replies View Relatedi will be browsing / using apps / unlocking my phone and the screen will just crap out and turn itself off. a little red light seems to appear at the top of the phone, which i'm not sure what that means, but it keeps doing that. i've turned the phone on and off a few times this morning, taken the battery out and let it sit for a minute before putting it back in and rebooting and it still does it.
View 1 Replies View RelatedProud Atrix owner since 2/22/11...Had to replace my Atrix today with another one because the top 1/4 of the screen became unresponsive to touch. It was a sad day. I didn't do anything to it either. Good news...My backup Pro...was able to put all of my texts back into my phone...not in perfect order...but they are there. The call log was replaced! The desktop was put just like I had it! It was a pretty good move...just lost my pictures and had to redownload everything
