I read several places in connection with the new 2.3.5 update it will be possible to separate screen time-out time from screen lock time. So that you screen would go dark after fx. 15 seconds and lock after 60 seconds

Yesterday i let the battery drain all the way out so that i could completely cycle through. It ended up takeing a little over 3 hours to fully charge again. Was curious how many hrs of usage other people are averageing and how many hrs of charge time?

This started occurring after I left my phone to charge overnight and it hasn't stopped since. I've tried running it in safe mode, but the problem still occurs. I'm running ICS on a Droid Bionic and the lockscreen clock is wrong. In settings, I have "automatic date & time" and "automatic time zone" selected. The Lock Screen is showing 5:15pm no matter what time it is. All other time functions seem to be correct.
View 3 Replies View RelatedI finally found a S6 with good button and display, but I think I have again bad luck: from time to time, camera is failing and is not related to low power because I encounter the issue at 80% battery level.
I tried factory reset, clear cache and data, and it comes back. But always, the camera is working after pressing Clear all in Smart Manager. If I simply kill the processes using the standard task manager, the camera shows the same error.
if it's an hardware problem, as I read online, why works after clean all operation? I have stock ROM, without root or special app(just fb, dropbox installed)

My S6 is on 5.0.2 (No 5.1.1 for the international S6 yet) and this happens when there's no charger plugged in and no new notification. No case on it or anything pressing against the power button. Its definitely a software related bug. It happens randomly maybe twice or thrice a day but I've only noticed it in the past 2 days. Its happened almost 10 times so far including thrice in the past 4 hours.
My main concern is screen burn on the Amoled (happened to one of my Lumia's and the huge battery drain if I don't notice that its turned on.
Here's the problem - I pull down my notification screen and as I'm reading the notifications, my phone locks after 3-5 seconds of inactivity.
I can't for the life of me find anything in settings to change this so that I can view my notifications for a longer period of time before the phone locks. It's not so bad during the day because I'm able to check my phone regularly before getting a large build up of notifications, but it's frustrating when I wake up and have a long list that I want to read through to decide which notifications I want to read first.

View 1 Replies View RelatedLately I've been noticing that the displayed time on my home screen widget is inaccurate. A simple tap on the widget seems to rectify things but it's weird. I'm using Transparent Weather Clock but I also noticed the same thing using the 3D Flip Clock widget.
Interestingly, my wife is using the Note 2 and she's having the same problem.
As this is happening with multiple widgets on multiple phones I feel safe in assuming that it's not related to the devices themselves or the widgets per se.
This is really weird. The screen time is missing from my the stock battery monitor on my vzw s6.

Odd thing is that in the settings, it still shows fingerprint. Am I missing something ? When I put it on pattern though, it has no issues , and always has the pattern every time I turn e screen on.
