By accident I told the atrix to "forget" my car BT connection.
Now I cannot find how to allow this connection to take place again. When I perform a search for devices, the car connection does not show up.
I had BB storm 9500 and i was not using it for sometime as I switched to another model.Now again I want to use my old storm where i use a secret pattern to lock the screen but unfortunately i forgot the pattern. How can i recover the secret pattern or reset the phone setting so that i can start using my BB storm.
View 1 Replies View RelatedI have an ATRIX 4G upgraded to Gingerbread. Today, out of the blue, all my contacts suddenly got deleted. I syned my contacts with my gmail account but all the contacts with phone numbers are gone. I only have email ids. I did not have a SD card till some days back so I am assuming my contacts were stored on the phone's internal memory/SIM card. I tried to import contacts from my SIM card but it did not have any contacts stored.
Is there any way I can recover those contacts? I tried changing the display setting in contacts but to no avail. I hope someone can help. I had some important numbers in the list which will be difficult to reaquire.
My Atrix is stuck on the dual core screen and wont go into recovery/fast boot.

I got a new number of a person who was already a facebook contact (because of motoblur syncing my facebook to my contacts). Actually, I thought that this number was stored within the backups that I made (using the Desktop Manager). But I could not find anything like the IMEI number in the files.
Is there a chance to recover the IMEI from some log files? Where would I have to look?
Is it possible for RIM to recover the IMEI when I provide them with the PIN? I am a private customer, not a business customer, and did not operate the BB via BIS or BES.
With my Blackberry I was able to access the internet via Sprint's network or Wi-Fi. Am I only able to access the Net via Wi-Fi on my iphone? I'm still with Sprint.

View 1 Replies View RelatedI often switch the feature to have to slide the screen lock to use the phone on or off. It's currently off and I can't find the menu item to turn it on again! Where was it again? I've got a standard Motorola Defy 2.2.By the way - the only reason I'm always switching it around is because when I'm expecting a lot of calls/texts, I turn it on. Because when I get a text and the phone's in my pocket, I often press something when taking it out as getting a text/call unlocks the screen.For the rest of the time - I find it irritating to have to press the power button and then slide the screen - why both? It's not like it's hard to accidentally press the power button on the Defy!In a way - that "in pocket detection" option sounds ideal but I found it kept cutting in when I didn't want it to.Maybe I can do something with that "tasker" app so that when I press the power button, it unlocks the screen.where is that screen lock option again?
