With my Blackberry I was able to access the internet via Sprint's network or Wi-Fi. Am I only able to access the Net via Wi-Fi on my iphone? I'm still with Sprint.

Last night my iphone randomly had no signal, so i turned it off and then on again, to be shown the "connect to itunes" recover mode. It is a jailbroken 3G running custom 3.1. When i try to restore in both recovery mode and DFU mode it does so before returning an error code 1014 at the final stages,(due to conflicting basebands or something). Have tried downgrading to itunes 8.2 and tried pwnage but still no further forward. Any suggestions?

Actually, I thought that this number was stored within the backups that I made (using the Desktop Manager). But I could not find anything like the IMEI number in the files.

This is an employer-provided phone, so I cannot root it.
I accidentally deleted a photo gallery on my sister's LG 4. I tried all the recovery programs available online. Most programs do not recognize the LG 4 for some reason I read but don't remember. I am also not techy enough to root the phone. It blows my mind that this smartphone doesn't have a recycle bin or a go-back feature where you can recover deleted items.

I can't get iTunes to open my iPhone as a device, so I can't sync my phone with the computer. I have the most recent version of iTunes and I have a Mac computer. I have gone through all of the trouble shooting suggestions already - rebooting phone and computer, checking USB cable, trying various USB ports, etc. What can I do to get iTunes to recogize that a device has been connected to the computer.
