BB Torch :: How To Recover & Change Device Password

I can't access my phone because it is rejecting my device password. I am now at the final attempt and am getting the message that any more attempts will cause the info on my device to be wiped clean.I tried recovering and changing the device password through Blackberry Protect with no success.
My daughter has bought today a new Torch 9810. She has entered a new device password. After a few hours she tried to enter her password, but she forgot her password.
After a read of some internet groups, the solution is simple, just type 10 times your password and the BB will restart. I know that all data will be removed, but that is no issue.
Unfortunately the BB will not restart after I retype for then times the wrong password After the reset it starting with a White screen, with a sort of document icon. Within this document icon, appear a lock and cross sign, beneath this icon there is a counter with is repeatedly showing from 0 till 100% and then start over again.
I've tried to disconnect the battery for at least 1 minute, Put in a different sim card, let it run for almost one hour, but nothing seems to work.
iv just got bb torch 9860 after having storm 2 9520. i am trying to set up my email address and cannot remember my password how do i a) change it or b) find out what it is
I can't remember my device Password. I am on the 5th attempt and the message is stating that if I try the last attempt and miss it, it will delete all my data on my device.
How do I change the BB ID associated with a particular device? I have recently been given a new BB Torch 9860 by my employers so I now have 2 BBs. However, during setup I associated the new phone with my BB ID that is still in use on the other phone but it doesn't look like I can run both devices with the same ID - so so how do I remove the ID from the new one?
I will be keeping both phones so I guess I will need seperate IDs for both?
The password that I use for unlocking the device works, because I just entered it and unlocked the device. However, when I connect it to the computer via a USB cable the same password doesn't work. The password is all letters. I do not remember ever entering a password to synch my device before so I can't remember if that is supposed to be the same password. I did try once with caplocks on just to make sure that the password wasn't all caps, but that did not work either. I'm baffled. If any others have that have had this problem could post what they learned,
For some reason when i try to change the password for my email account it dont pop up. i neeed to change the password so i can receive my email to my phone .
Got the Torch, paid for the BIS with my carrier... and now I can't register at the BIS site (mts.blackberry.com). My carrier says that apparently someone has already used my IMEI and PIN on that site, and they can't help me with that. They suggested I write to Blackberry support and request them to change my device PIN.
I have misplaced the password for BlackBerry Bold 9700 Password Keeper that came with my phone. There is no data in the application. How do I reset or recover the password which I set a long time ago ? TNX
Since upgrading to BlackBerry Torch device I am unable to configure custom alerts for a specific email address. The device is silent for all email except when email arrives from a specific address (for on-call support purposes) .The alerts are actually working for as long as device is not password locked. As soon as I lock the device, whenever the email arrives it remains silent. If I simply unlock the device the device will respond as expected. The devices uses 6.0 Bundle 2647 (v6.0.0.600, Platform 6.6.0.223) on Bell Carrier network.
How do I change the device name, at the beggining of setup it asked me for a name and i put the wrong one, how do i change it, when i get a message and reply it says the wrong name.
I am having problems with setting up my email account on my BlackBerry Torch 9800. Tried downgrading the os or even upgrading I still cannot setup the email. Every time I try intergrating my email it says "Device change failed.
I want to block my N900... but wen i go to the blocking options and touch "change password" the phone ask for the old pass.. i dont change that pass in any moment and i dont know how can i change the numbers cuz i dont have the previous pass... the phone box was open in my face and no one change that...
I cannot remember my BB ID password. My BB ID username was set up as an "@carrier.blackberry.net". So when I go to the forgot password link, it emails the password to the above email, which cannot be accessed from a computer, as is a Blackberry email.
I have s5 and i have been using since 9 months and i use my finger prints as a password and i made an alternative password but 8 months back and i dont remember it.

I can't log with the Blackberry ID, I forgot the password. And I tried to create a new account with a different email and is not working. It is possible to recover a password or create a new account?
