I have a lumia 1020, before i update lumia black, it pushs notifications well but then, after i update Black, the 1020 cant push any notifications from facebook app and other social app and the livetile doesn't work too,

I have an ATT Lumia 1020 that has started recording only "white noise" when recording videos. The picture records just fine but there is no audio. Happened after the phone was updated to Lumia Black.
View 3 Replies View RelatedAfter updating my 1020 to Black the 4G option disappeared from the Settings (Highest connection speed). Now I can only see 2G/3G, not 4G anymore.
Before the update the 4G option was available, selected and working fine, since my french carrier (free mobile) has LTE activated.
It's driving me crazy, the 3G network with this carrier sucks like hell, but the 4G is very good.
I do not have this as an option in my camera settings, I am on Vodafone UK, updated today on a new phone.
View 3 Replies View RelatedI've got a black 1020 (Carrier: Bouygues Telecom) that can't work with Black Update. When I update it, my phone breaks down. (When I run an app, there's the loading screen then back to the homescreen or the phones freezes).
I've try to hard reset, the problem is still there because when you hard reset, I think the update is still there. So i've try to reflash it with my carrier rom to have it like the first time i've had it in my hands, the phone works fine.But if I tried to update it to Black, the same problem shows again.
I have a lumia 1020 amber, it is unlocked. I tried using an active att sim to update the phone, but it always say couldnt download the update. I tried reseting, wifi and data are both on.
View 1 Replies View RelatedI live in Japan. I updated to Lumia Black the other day and since then my 1020 cannot find NTT Docomo cellular network. The 1020 finds other networks (JP Docomo) but not NTT Docomo.
So, I am unable to use the phone. I took the SIM card out and put it into my Lumia 620. The 620 is using Amber. It was able to find and use cellular services provided by NTT Docomo. So, Amber works; Black does not.
I'm very new to the Lumia (last night!), so I suspect I'm doing something daft. I've just updated my phone with the black update, and now there are no more phone updates to download. When I go into extras+info, the software release is Lumia Black.
However, when I go into the camera settings, I still can't see an option to shoot in DNG - it's still only the 2 jpg options that are there. Is there another step that I need to follow before this becomes available?
Bluetooth audio, It is very choppy and cuts in and out, with standard head phones it sounds fine.

Does Bluetooth keyboards are supported with the black update on lumia 1020 ??

View 6 Replies View RelatedSo I finally updated to Black today and to my surprise the damn yellow tint is still present when using flash indoors.I did one shot before the update with Nokia Pro Cam, and on after the Black update and after updating to Nokia Camera.
They look nearly identical.

no flash after black [this looks most like the real thing] . Notice similar issue with the yellow tint not being fixed after updating to Black?Also forgot to mention, all setting were on auto, on the top two shots, on the no flash one, change from auto flash to no flash.
My 1020's FFC has been working fine until yesterday when I tried to use the FFC and it just showed a black screen and you couldn't press any buttons on the screen, I just had to go back to the home screen to do anything else. The regular camera is working fine. Proximity sensor seems to working fine as well. I have done a soft reset with no luck, about to do a hard reset... It's not a huge deal but I do like my phone to be working at 100%!

I have reset the device a number of times by depressing the volume and power buttons but the same message keeps coming up. Today I left my phone at home, I didn't use it and when I tried to pick it up I actually got scared, it was so extremely hot that I thought it will explode. After few seconds I got warning that battery is low but I know that it was around 70% when iI left it(I've left it only for 1 hour). I turned it off so it could cold before I charge it.

Not getting Twitter notifications on Icon? I have the toast/push notifications turned on. For some reason, whenever I go to settings to make sure they're turned on, I get a notification at the top of the screen that says,
Twitter was unable to create a push notification channel. Please ensure network connectivity and try restarting the app.
I'm on full-service 4G LTE and have also tried just using perfectly fine wifi.
Noticed this a week or two ago and now I don't get toast notifications or live tile updates unless I turn off my phone and then upon restarting I get flooded with all of the notifications since my last turn off.
Also, using the official Twitter app.
My 1020 has now got a black screen after charging and the 3 led at the bottom are now flashing..
View 3 Replies View RelatedEver since the Lumia Black update, I have noticed significant amount of battery drain while not doing anything.This morning I woke up after 8 hours of sleep and removed my 1020 from charging plate, the phone was warm. That means it was charging the whole 8 hours.
I removed the phone and restarted it, turned off glance screen (location off) and did not use it until 3PM (3 hours after being removed from charging plate) and the battery gauge is already below 50%.
My Pictures sometimes get a small black border after I worked on them with Nokia Camera:

This Bug was already before Lumia Black.
Lumia 1020 black screen (no response etc) and have to reset the phone?
I did not have this since like last week. Sometimes the phone would reboot itself and now it's going to dark screen and I can't wake it.
I have had the Lumia 1020 for a couple months now and love it but every now and then, at complete random: the screen goes black. I then need to perform a soft reset in order to use the phone again.
I have not completed a factory reset yet, especially since it's still a new phone in all senses. But how I'll likely proceed with the reset and if it happens again: contact warranty to get a replacement.
This happened on both 'Black' and 'Cyan'...
I have problem on my 1020 that I don't get almost any notification on 3g but on WiFi everything works fine.

It makes the black areas look splotchy and is really only noticeable at night. These aren't dead pixels but what looks to be dark areas on the screen.
