Mar 11, 2012My family just got the new iPhone 4s. All but one of us have the normal voicemail we have used since the advent of voicemail on cell phones. One of us has visual voicemail. We have worked for hours trying to reset it to regular voice mail and haven't figured out how to do it. Especially if there is a way to do it without resetting everything or restoring the phone to factory settings, that would be great. (I have already spent the day re-setting/restoring another phone that lost the use of music after updating to 5.1).

Phone volume is at max, I tried to use the speakerphone etc. There is a very faint recording volume that you can hear if it is absolutely quite and you listed to it 2-3 times. Feb 18, 2015I threw caution to the wind and took Sprint's Android Update since most of the problems I read about didn't seem too important to me except for over heating and battery life. Since I have had good luck with updates in the past, I did the update and it went very smoothly. Further, I think my G3 run smoother now. No overheating. If battery life is lower, it's barely detectible.Sure, I'm having to adjust to a few minor changes, but I think everything clicks along nicely.My only complain it the Stripes Voicemail I can't seem to turn off. how to keep that turkey from loading all the time?

Sep 2, 2014When i turn up the volume to high (when it goes red on the volumebar on screen) i cannot turn it down again via volume buttons.
I can turn up to maximum and turn down to where the red level begins, but i cannot turn down below the red line. Between, if i use the volume settings on screen, theres no problems.
If i turn down below high settings i can adjust via buttons fine but as soon as i get up to high again it wont turn down via buttons. Its the same with buttons on phone and on headset. I have done a full reinstall of iphone with no change to the problem.

It does not go into a deleted folder, it is just gone. I started paying attention to the dates of the messages, wondering if it automatically deleted a message after 30 days. But today my messages from April 12 were gone. I can't find anyone else who has this problem! Sprint is my carrier.
