Xperia X8 :: Cannot Activate Voicemail - How To Turn It On
Mar 2, 2011
I have an Xperia 8 and I am trying to set up my voicemail. I am on t-mobile. I cannot find how to get this turned on - when the phone rings it never cuts onto voicemail at any point.
Ive had quite a few blackberry's and get on really well with it. I would like to turn off my voicemail as it costs me every time i want to listen to one. I would rather not have the feature. I cant find where to do this?
I threw caution to the wind and took Sprint's Android Update since most of the problems I read about didn't seem too important to me except for over heating and battery life. Since I have had good luck with updates in the past, I did the update and it went very smoothly. Further, I think my G3 run smoother now. No overheating. If battery life is lower, it's barely detectible.Sure, I'm having to adjust to a few minor changes, but I think everything clicks along nicely. My only complain it the Stripes Voicemail I can't seem to turn off. how to keep that turkey from loading all the time?
I have a Samsung Galaxy S 5 and I never get any kind of notification of a voicemail. I receive no voicemail icon and no voicemail sound. I have tried everything I can think of to no avail. I have tried going to settings and it doesn't seem to work. It is difficult to remember to check for messages when you have no idea a person has even left one.
My family just got the new iPhone 4s. All but one of us have the normal voicemail we have used since the advent of voicemail on cell phones. One of us has visual voicemail. We have worked for hours trying to reset it to regular voice mail and haven't figured out how to do it. Especially if there is a way to do it without resetting everything or restoring the phone to factory settings, that would be great. (I have already spent the day re-setting/restoring another phone that lost the use of music after updating to 5.1).
All of a sudden (just today) my torch started playing a ringtone whenever I get a voicemail message. For whatever reason I cannot turn it off! It even does it in "vibrate" mode. When I go to the options menu I get alert sounds for email, level 1, PIN and text. How do I turn off voice mail notification?
his issue I've had since I've owned the phone. I've never had voicemail activated. I'm deaf. I don't need it.Yet, every day I receive a voicemail notification, with the icon in the top of the screen. Visited Orange UK shop, they confirmed the voicemail was definitely off... but were at a loss to explain why the icon was present.
I got an iphone 4s in November 2011. Beginning in February, my Visual Voicemail started disappearing from my phone without me deleting it. It has happened 4 times. It does not go into a deleted folder, it is just gone. I started paying attention to the dates of the messages, wondering if it automatically deleted a message after 30 days. But today my messages from April 12 were gone. I can't find anyone else who has this problem! Sprint is my carrier.
I am having a normal airtel sim. I sent 3G to 121 and it came like the 3G has been activated. But i dint receive any 3G settings. What should i do from here ? how i shd enable 3G in m neo V ?? its showing H symbol. What does H symbol means ?? its been only 1 week since i bought the phone.
Since the Lollipop update I have noticed that the voicemail icon does not disappear after having listened to and deleted the message. It still remains in the notification bar until I restart the phone.
I just bought an Xperia x10 with 3 mobile. When I dial 333 to connect to my voicemail I can't get the keypad to come up and therefore can't navigate through the 3 voicemail service. I can only listen to my first message, can't delete, save or move to next message.
Since a month I'm usimng Xperia Pro (build: 4.0.2.A.0.62).Until last week the GPS get on when I used apps like 'Maps' or 'Runkeeper'. When I start those apps now, those apps said that ther is no current location availible. Indeed, before I notice the GPS icon in the top of the screen, now I don't.When I go to the general settings and to 'Location en security', and re-activate 'GPS-satellites' then the icon appear in the top of the screen again.
