May 4, 2012just bought a 4S from '3' in the UK on a contract.
When I go into SETTINGS - PHONE, there is no option to turn on 'FACETIME'. So, I cannot use!
The phone was purcased in the UK from a UK (3) distributor.

I have same issue with facetime.and one more thing, here my friend has iphone, I tried to send her an iMessage but I can't initiate texting, how can I add her to my list, I add her as a new contact, but I can't send her text or using facetime. Her iMessage is on.by the way I have to say, I can send iMessage to my friend in US.

Why also when i send an imessage to my friend it comes up with my email and not my phone number i have checked this and i cannot change it to my number.
