I even let the battery drain completely, and it remained on. Also, the other indicator lights, do not seem to be working. My friend recently knocked my phone off of a table, and while I have a case for it, I'm wondering if the two might be related.

Feb 18, 2015I threw caution to the wind and took Sprint's Android Update since most of the problems I read about didn't seem too important to me except for over heating and battery life. Since I have had good luck with updates in the past, I did the update and it went very smoothly. Further, I think my G3 run smoother now. No overheating. If battery life is lower, it's barely detectible.Sure, I'm having to adjust to a few minor changes, but I think everything clicks along nicely.My only complain it the Stripes Voicemail I can't seem to turn off. how to keep that turkey from loading all the time?

I have tried everything I can think of to no avail. I have tried going to settings and it doesn't seem to work. It is difficult to remember to check for messages when you have no idea a person has even left one.

We have worked for hours trying to reset it to regular voice mail and haven't figured out how to do it. Especially if there is a way to do it without resetting everything or restoring the phone to factory settings, that would be great. (I have already spent the day re-setting/restoring another phone that lost the use of music after updating to 5.1).

BB Tour 9630 :: Not Charging - Turned Charging Indicator Led On With Berrybuzz And Light Didn't Turn On
Jan 1, 2010I plugged my bb into the wall and for a little bit it was charging fine but then the symbol disappeared. I unplugged and plugged back in which made the clock pop up so I know it connected right. But its still not charging. I turned the charging indicator led on with berrybuzz and the light didn't turn on when I plugged it in.
Meterberry says the temp is 111 degrees. I don't know what the 'normal' ranges are. I'm still under my 30day warranty so do I take it back? Is anyone else having this problem? Its done this before and it eventually charges but something is going on....

I placed my 1020 with charger shell on my charging stand one night before bed and woke up the next morning with the exact same battery reading (maybe a little less even). So I re-positioned it on the charger stand and left it for a few more hours, same results. I then decided to plug the phone in to charge, came back a couple of hours later and the battery indicator still hadn't moved. I thought that this behavior was really strange so I rebooted the phone and lo-n-behold: a fully charged phone. For some reason the battery indicator was not updating properly.

Jul 24, 2010I had an earlier post...that solution worked for a day or two.Now, BB won't charge at all.
-it appears that BB is draining the battery from a full charge battery after unplugging and powering on....w/out any use of unit.
-the red LED light comes on after plugging via a/c charge. After about 10 seconds, the LED light goes out...and indication that it's not charging.
-Battery is a new battery, and is completely dead.
-overall, it appears that unit starts a charge, then just stop charging.
-I have removed and reinstalled battery several times after a charge start...it will charge for
BB Pearl 8100 :: Unknown Indicator When Making Phone Calls
May 20, 2010I own a blackberry pearl 8130 and recently saw a new icon appear at the top right hand side of my screen. When placing calls, the icon appears. It looks like a rectangle with a line of plus signs going through it diagonally from top left to lower right. That breaks the rectangle up into 2 triangles. One of them is dark blue and the other is black. Has anyone seen this before?The only thing that I have noticed since the icon began to appear is that my alarm no longer works. The volume works for everything else and I can set my alarm. It just never makes a sound when it's supposed to go off. I've already checked to make sure that I've marked AM or PM and I checked to see if it is on tone, so that's not the problem.
