We use Voting Buttons in Outlook messages and we are told that iPhone users do not see the buttons. I am not sure if it is the same for iPad users. The buttons work fine for all Windows users.

I got my Nokia 5530 in December last year and after a hard reset and some sotware updates the problems continue to come back. Right now the touch screen is completely unresponsive and reseting taking out sim and memory cards have no affect. I think the problem could be fixed if i do a hard reset but the send and end buttons dont work.

My iPhone 5s touch screen is not working and I have tried the soft restart method still not working. When I do the apple logo pops up and behind it is a black screen with red and blue vertical lines. The screen is not damaged and never been dropped. The day it happens was when I was charging the phone and when I got back it the touch was gone and wouldn't respond, I also found it dropped and was hanging on the side of my table, or maybe it short circuit for some reason. All the buttons work, the finger scanner, the on/off button. Also the phone needs the password because I tried the soft reset and now I can't unlock it since it won't respond to my touch. My Outlook stores multiple contacts for the same person automatically (one with an email address only, one with a phone number only, etc.). When my iPhone syncs with the cloud it stores those multiple contacts and makes it frustrating to look up one person's number and email under separate entries. How do I prevent my iPhone from storing the duplicate contacts?

No water damage, no drop damage, just stopped working. I am limited in what I can do and almost every time I want to close an application, i need to remove the battery because there is no way to close. It's very frustrating. I've been a customer of blackberry and Telus for the past ten years.Blackberry, or Telus doesn't seem to give a care about the substandard quality of their product or their customers.I had a Storm and traded it in due to the buttons simply not working. Bought a Torch and six months later the buttons failed. Sent it in for warrantee and Telus blamed me for a problem I didn't even have to avoid the warantee until I complained so much they reoplaced it a few months back. Now this piece of **bleep** is giving me the same heartache.Called for support and they said to send it in for warrantee work. I'm a realtor and can't anmswer my phone half the time. I can't use the back button or the menu buttons. I get charged every time I send the phone back for an evaluation even though it's not my problem and its under warrantee.

The keypad button has turned in to a long button, with "Telephone" written on, and the contacts button has turned in to, a big bar with "Contacts" written on, something like older non touch nokias.
Oh, and none of the 2 buttons actually work! really annoying.
Also, on the 5230 you get some extra buttons/shortcuts on the bottom of the screen, so did i, but they dont work, i cant apply any programs to them.
And if i choose the upper contact bar to be a shortcut bar, nothing shows up, other than empy buttons (like on the bottom of the screen) and even there, i cant apply something...
Anyone having problems with the n8 headphones. For 600 USD, i'm not impressed with the sound quality. The buttons do not work and it sounds like all the music is being played in a tunnel.

The only way for me to do things on my Blackberry is if I pull the battery, put it back in, wait for it to load, then enter my password ( using the on screen keyboard) then click one app. And once I am done with that one app, I click my red button, and nothing happens same if I click the back button!

Before the update, the two buttons on the top of the phone worked as follows:
Right button: Locked the phone (have to enter password)
Left button: Locked keyboard
After the update, the top left button locks the keyboard, but the top right button does nothing. This happened after the update.

Few hours after that the Touchscreen didn't respond and the buttons didn't work, just the lock button, and when I try to power the phone off it just come 3 alternatives Quiet mode, Flight mode and shut down, but I can't get further it just ends there and i waited 1 day to empty the battery and to update it, and i just can't update it because i can't get to the menu and put it in USB mode and the back button don't work so what should I do?
