i upgraded to ios 5.1 yesterday and now my iphone 4 will not output any video to my tv screen. the problem is that i am using the phone to do some training demos because it was easier than carrying a laptop. is this a bug that will be fixed? the video out worked with netflix, itunes, the video app and Internet up until i updated the ios.

Where should I send information about SERIOUS issue of new Lollipop on XPERIA Z3? Since last update from Kitkat the SteadyShot stabilization for video doesnt work (intelligent mode works standard). Previously great videos are now shaky and simply ugly. Probably Ill have to sell my Z3 if there will be no patch. Im filmaker who needs good video quality in his smartphone.

If I take it off the power charge cable nothing happens, even if I press the two buttons together.
The phone has full batter power, it is only after this 5.1.1. update that something has happend.

Does anyone have XBOX Video purchases working on their Lumia 920? I have purchased several TV shows and movies, all of which play fine on my desktop, laptop, and Microsoft Surface. Some of the video is from the Zune store and one of the videos is from the XBOX store on Windows 8. Regardless of how I purchased the content, I get the following message: "We are unable to confirm the media usage rights for this content."
If it matters, I have a Lumia 920 on AT&T in the U.S.
As I mentioned video camera doesn't work, there appears something strange picture.. It records, but when playing this record the same strange picture. But photo works, I can take a photo.
Maybe problem with the firmware. I think camera itself works OK.
The folder icon has a little red dot in the bottom left hand corner. When I try to take a video, it says that the video can't be saved- when one hasn't been taken yet. Also the read line (when your recording a video) looks like you have- it is all the way full to the right... ? It has happened on my last Bold, but I can't remember how I fixed it. Also the voice notes work sometimes, you hit the stop button , and it doesn't stop, nor send :?

Now the weird thing is that sometimes the person I send to actually does recieve the imessage, and then I'll still see the delivery failure notification and below it "read at ....". I also use messages beta for os X, and this stopped working altogether.

View 3 Replies View RelatedEver since I installed the iOS 5.1 update on my iPhone 4, the home button does not work at all! I've tried every trouble shooting solution I could find. I've Restarted, I can't hard reset because the home button doesn't work, I've restored from back up, I've restored as new, I've vacuumed out and gently used a tooth brush in the port below the home button in attempt to remove any dust. I've tried opening a factory installed app such as Maps, Safari, Stocks etc and held the top button until the "Slide to power off" showed and then held down the home button until it went to home screen except it didn't go to the home screen at all the "slide to power off" disappeared after a while. I have extremely intermittent response with the Home Button. If i press it continuously it will work after 27 presses one time or 9 presses another but never when I try to do a hard reset and 9.999 times out of 10 it doesn't work.

I am having trouble picking up audio while taking a video on my 1020. The speaker will play other audio (music, videos, internet videos), just not when I record. Also nothing comes out of my speaker phone when I switch it on. My phone updated to a newer version and that's when it stopped working.
View 1 Replies View RelatedRecently updated my iPhone 4 to ios 7.1.2. Currently my worst problem: instead of going into sleep mode, the phone turns off completely. I then cannot turn the phone back on with the sleep/wake button. To turn the phone back on, I need to do a hard reboot each time by holding down the home and sleep/wake buttons simultaneously. I have tried going into settings/general/reset and selecting "reset all".

1. Ever since the upgrade from OS5 to OS6, I've been getting memory issues when simply browsing the internet. U get the message "The memory available on your device is low. Please close some tabs." just reading the news.
2. This is urgent. I just updated my OS6 and now my e-mail doesn't even work. Whenever I try to set it up under e-mail accounts "internet mail account", it just freezes or closes.
I've looked at the possible go to "mobile.blackberry.com" and go to communications but I don't see that option available. I also tried battery pulling many times to restart my e-mail service. This is coming close for me in drawing the line for BlackBerry phones.
No offence but the official OS update doesn't work.
Mines been hanging for at least 30 minutes and if the only way to help is to get suggestions from non-blackberry employees while the support services hide away then the phone may as well go back and I'll, get an iPhone.
It shouldn't be up to the people on this forum to be left to do things themselves. Blackberry needs to get involved with all the problems and questions their updates are causing.
Yesterday, I have upgraded my sony z2 D6503 to andriod 5.0.2 --> 23.1.A.0.690, and then my email client stopped working for IMAP.
I get the same error and I have tried several email clients from the play store, and none of them was able to connect to the email server.
I have a Sony Ericsson Xperia X10 and tried to use the Update Service to get the latest firmware for my phone, but after the new phone software was downloaded and started to install onto my phone it only got to a few milimetres of completing before it threw out an error saying that that it couldn't install the new software!!Now my phone doesn't want to work anymore! Every time I start up the phone it just shows the x10 picture with an exclamation mark in a yellow triangle!
