i have recently broke my iPhone 3g, but have ordered a replacement, if i connect my new iPhone to itunes, will all my apps and everything be transferred to my new phone as were on my now broken one?

I've managed To download iTunes 10.6.1 (32 bit) for windows xP onto my iPhone 3GS using prepaid Internet. But now how do I get it onto the pc? When I attach the USB cable the only thing that comes up is photos, so if ya cant do any thing without iTunes or Internet on the pc, what am I supposed to do?

I have sucessfully converted songs into acc files, deleted the converted files from iTunes (but not the computer), found the m4a files on the PC, converted them to m4r, transferred the m4r files back to iTunes and found them under "Tones".
What I cannot do is to get them to be found on my iPhone 3GS.
Syncing the iPhone does not appear to transfer the ringtones..

I'm currently using a 3GS and want to buy an iPhone 4 when it's released.
Thing is, I've got a shed load of apps on my 3GS, some which were expensive like Co-Pilot (Ł27), and a load of ebooks I bought through Kindle which I don't want to have to pay for again.Is there any way of transferring purchased apps from iphone to iphone without having to buy again?
I feel silly for asking this question but I've spent an hour now googling to death how to transfer ringtones I've puchased from iTunes onto my iPhone 3GS. I've done everything possible. I've renamed the files to M4R as suggested from m4u. I've just dragged onto the iphone in devices and not in the music library or ringtone library and nothing. Under the Ringones tab on the iphone when connected to iTunes shows no ringtones.

It says at the top "syncing with phone (step 5 of 5) waiting for changes to be applied" it will not go past this and will not continue to transfer the music. Not sure what to do?

My son has an iPhone4 and up until this point has been only purchasing songs throughs his phone and has never connected to iTunes. We purchased a new iMac and I've been trying to set him up. My iTunes library is perfect with all artworks for every album and songs. Since not long ago, on my iPhone 4 I started to miss some of the artwork on my phone. The artwork is in iTunes all good but it won't transfer over the phone or ipad.
What I tried to solve my problem so far:
-Soft reset the iPhone
-Hard reset the iPhone (holding power and home button)
-Restore the iPhone from backup
-Change the artwork in iTunes for a new one (Refresh it)
-Try to paste an artwork on the iPhone via iTunes in the devise section using command I on all the album.
-Look for third party software like Tuneup to get the artwork.

I have a Mac Mini that I recently bought and transfered my iTunes Library from my previous Macbook to the mini. I can see all the songs in iTunes (running in the Mini) and can also play them, all playlists intact.
Now when I tried to synch my iPhone with the iTunes (in the Mini) it all went fine, except that after the synching a lot of my songs are missing from my iPhone.

I recently switched from an iPod 5th generation to an iPhone 5s. When I went through the process to transfer apps to my new iPhone via iTunes, there were a few apps that I couldn’t sync from my iPod to iTunes. Consequently, those apps did not transfer to my new iPhone. Almost all of my apps synced, except for a few. I can see my apps that are greyed out but as soon as I check the box to sync the apps, they all disappear! I haven't synced it since for fear of having to start over every time.

Doubletwist even though it claims mtp support my htc one can't get songs sync perfectly. Try using doubletwist and sync a playlist and tell me they don't receive an error? Htc Sync manager takes forever to load and the playlists it imports from itunes duplicate everytime I start the program. Any other options besides drag and drop? I prefer not to use google music as I want my tracks coming my my itunes.
