Im trying to go on my Dragonvale acct and it says there is an internal error and that they have been notified. I use my iPhone and can log onto my sons acct. but not mine! Is this a problem anyone else is having, is it being worked on? Last log in was 4-6-12!

I still use the hotmail account but the password has been changed and I cannot remember what it.was that long ago. Last November I changed my Apple ID email from hotmail to Gmail..however never changed the iCloud info..it will not let me change it now or acess the cloud ... How is this done ?

View 4 Replies View RelatedI can't access my Yelp account on the AT&T 3G network. I can't access it from either the app itself or if I attempt to use the browser. On the browser, I just get the error message that I've entered an invalid email and/or password when I haven't. I can only seem to access my account when I'm on a WIFI network. I've contacted Yelp & of course they'll get back to me within a week.

Shortly after I got my iPhone 4S, I added my gmail account to the mail app (not the gmail app),so that I could read my email on my phone, and specifically not using the Gmail app, but using the email app, and adding the Gmail account as an Exchange Server so that my Google Contacts would sync to the device. It worked for weeks. Now, suddenly, it says wrong password whenever I try to check my email. I have removed it and added it back. I did not change anything on my email account configuration that would cause this.
Since it happened, though, I have removed the account and re-added it. It seems that it would stop me from adding the account if I were using the wrong password, but it lets me add the account with no problem, and only gives the wrong password message after that, when it tries to begin downloading emails.
I have typed in the password enough times today to make sure that I am typing it in correctly. I have been able to log into my gmail account via the web successfully (proving that I do know my own password). I even downloaded and installed the gmail app and was able to use it to get to my email. But that leaves my phone with zero contacts, because I keep all my contacts in Google Contacts, and the Gmail app doesn't seem to add any contacts to the contacts list on the phone. I need it to work the way it was set up & working before today. I don't know if Apple changed something, if Google changed something, or what. I would think that there would be others using this functionality who may be similarly stuck.
So my question is: How can I access my Gmail account from my iphone and have my google contacts brought into the phone's contact list, and constantly synchronized with Google contacts, like I had going before today? With the addition of iCloud, it gets really confusing really quick. The simple solution that I was using was so nice. I will be sad if it is gone for good...

When I first set up my iCloud acct. on my iPhone 5s (7.1.1), I had a different email address than I do now. In trying to log in, it asks me for a long-forgotten password to this old email.
How can I resolve this???? I can't even delete the account because it requires that same old password first before I can turn off "Find My Phone."
I just got my blackberry curve 8520 and I tried to set up my account on my pc. I downloaded the BlackBerry App World Browser Plug-in and I was able to connect to my phone. Then as it was downloaded I lost the internet connection and it dropped the download. Ever since then I can't get my phone to "connect" and keep recieving the message"App World Web Plugin Error.An error has occurred communicating with the BlackBerry App World Web plugin. restart your device and try again." Then if I try to connect from my blackberry I get the message "Blackberry App World is having trouble connecting to the Blackberry App World server. Verify your network connections and try again." This is so annoying, there is nothing at all wrong with the connection now. What can I do to fix this?

I'm still on the Setup main page and nothing has happened. Sometimes, it will take me to the next page, with the two options: internet mail account or enterprise account. This situation has existed for 8-10 days. Any time I try to access my email settings to determine if they need a 'reset' I get a message that states; 'Connecting to email setting....'which continues for some time until it tells me that I do not have access to the server. I have followed the instruction by entering setup and clicking Email Accounts. On that screen it allows to me two options Internet Mail Account & Enterprise Account. However when I try and click the Internet Mail account nothing happens, it does not let me use this option. I have tried the Enterprise Account and it says "Status: initialzing service" but nothing is happening. (been like this for 30mins)

A screen requesting user name and password comes up to access e-mail settings. I don't know my user name or password. I've tried various times and sometimes it comes up saying that my password is being sent to my device but I can't find where/how. I can set an account via BIS webpage but still my gmail account does not synchronise calendar and contacts.
I connected my Bold9780 to my PC and I was told there was a device upgrade and that it would take some time. I set it off and my computer crashed (power cut). At first all seemed ok, the upgrade seems to have been successfully installed. However I cannot send or receive emails now. I have tried to reconcile and nothing at all happens. If I try to access my email via settings I just get a message saying "Your device has a problem connecting to the internet" and I'm offered RETRY or CANCEL I've retried loads of times without success. The phone and texting work fine but I cannot access any apps either as it just says "server can not be found"

View 4 Replies View RelatedJust purchased a new unlocked S6. I already had a Samsung account so went through the set up process on the phone and successfully set up the Samsung account on the phone using my Samsung account details. Able to go into Apps, Settings, Accounts, Samsung account and can see my email. The Samsung account syncs without problem and I can download apps through the Galaxy Apps site.
Now the issue, using the phone whilst in the Samsung account I select Profile so I can check my profile details but when I enter my password and select confirm, the phone shows a green & blue wheel with the words "In Progress" then the screen momentarily goes blank and then the same blue wheel with the words "In Progress" reappears and stays on the screen and that is as far as it goes. The phone is trying to open the Profile page but just continues showing the blue wheel with the words "In Progress".
I can log into my account through the account.samsung.com web site and enter the Profile through the website and I can use Find my mobile to connect to the phone and ring the phone so the phone is linked to the account. I have done a factory reset on the phone and the same issue remains. I have even set up a different Samsung account and the new account also has the same issue. I have cleared the cache and data on the phones Samsung account and tried to get into the Profile with the same issue. I asked a work colleague with a S6 to also log into his Profile via the phone and he had the same problem so it appears to be an issue with the Samsung app.
I factory reset my Samsung Galaxy S5 but can't access my Samsung account when I set up the phone.
