I've experienced this before where my camera options will not appear. When I'm in the camera mode and hit the option where there is the four small circles (I believe it's on the bottom left) all it shows is "Camera" and "Selfie."

I only have 3 options and I don't even have the parameter symbol when I open the camera application. What should I do? The updates were made when I switched on the phone for the first time last week. It works & all [I think it was my aunts work phone], yet A LOT of the apps say restricted & most of the options in the option menu have a little lock on it so I can't change any options. View 5 Replies View RelatedI had changed in my camera options to "store pictures" on the sd card NOT "in device memory".A few days ago while taking some pics I maxed out the sd card and while trying to back out hit "ok" to something not sure what it was. but it changed the bb setting back to "device memory" and now when I try to change my camera options of "store pictures" back to the sd card it stays in "in device memory" and gives me no other option to use the sd card (which i did clean out some pics for space). It does show a folder where it is storing pics I take though but when I click the trackball to change from device memory it only shows

My Torch will not let me into option. When I click on options it just hangs unless I press the hang-up button. Each time I reboot it I get an uncaught exception error - No Application. Its running the latest approved version of the OS from Orange. It also did this with he previous OS bundle so I do not suspect its a patch issue.

I've updated to Android 5.0 and suddenly I can no longer transfer files between the Phone and both my computers (Win7 PC + MacBook Pro). The options for USB file transfers are just outright missing. Its not listed under storage and tapping on the "charging" notification does nothing.

I have just recently had the new blackberry bold 9990 and this morning the options just disappeared off the menu. On the smaller menu its there but when I press it it does nothing. I have searched all folders and can not find it anywhere. I have also rebooted it several times and it is not anywhere. I know options cannot be deleted but I don't know what else to try to find it!

View 2 Replies View RelatedI have searched the forum in regards to the pop up saying my SIM Card is full delete messages etc., and I do know that I have gone back to Options (after reading it here) and said NO to saving messages on it. I have also removed my battery while phone was on, but am still receiving message. Now when I go to Options, nowhere in there (and all files are as "show all") is there anything in regards to SMS text messages. I do have a folder named SMS but it is empty?All went squirrely after I did an update on OS 6, not an upgrade, just an update that was offered. Icons have moved around that I'm not able to move, even when following directions again, from this site.

While I can send/receive from either box, I just discovered that when I hit the Menu key in either box and scroll down to Options, and try to click on it, I get nothing. I seem to remember that I used to define several email preferences using this function.

All the QI charging options whether they are actual back cover replacements or just the receiver stickers by themselves they all say not compatible for AT&T model. (NOT a new mail account)Instructions say go to mailboxes list. Then tap Edit, then New Mailbox. There is no Edit option to tap. If I go to All Inboxes, I have an Edit option but only to delete, move or mark. Nowhere can I find New Mailbox option.

This means I can't choose the internet provider so the phone can't go to the internet and find data for my trips. When I go to Opitons and choose Internet, the program closes and brings me back to the main menu. I can't delete the program. I have re-installed it several times and the issue still remains. Whah should I do?
