HTC One M7 :: Messaging App Not Listed In Share Options?
Jun 3, 2013
Seems like my stock SMS Messaging is not an option in the 'share' lists from a few apps, namely the Gallary or QuickPIC application. I cannot attach a photo to a SMS message.
If I open the SMS app, THEN try to attach something, it opens up the gallary, but then crashes Sense and the SMS app.
Clicking on Options from home screen, does not show the menu item "advanced options". It used to be there nut now is gone. It "was" the last menu item in the option but now the last one is "Third Party Apps".
In order under Options the list is as follows:
1. Sounds and Ring Tones 2. Network Connections 3. Display 4. Typing and Input 5. Device 6. Call Management 7. Security 8. Accessibility 9. Third Party Applications
I have an unusual issue I would like some assistance on since I just got a blackberry, I have the Curve 2 8530. I use Total Call Blocking with my carrier so that when I call anyone my number is automatically blocked / restricted. Therefore, in my contact list, I have my friends or family contacts listed with the *82 in front of the number to unblock for those people. This works fine for phone calls.
However, on Text Messaging / Picture Messaging, the *82 will cause these messages to fail. I am used to LG phones, you have the ability to edit the number while creating a message, before your send one of these messages. The problem I am having is when I send a Text Message / Picture Message it appears from the blackberry as only the 10 digit number (even though the contact has *82 in front of it)...and the message shows it is sent (with the check mark) but it NEVER received.
Updated my env3 last night to VX920V06 as well as my fiance's and now our ringtones are listed backwards. Instead of going from A to Z they go Z to A. Not a huge deal but just annoying when you are so used to it the other way.Oh and I should add this happened after I added a ringtone using bitpim. So maybe it is a bitpim related issue not the update. Or a little of both.
add my SI number (1248-9962) on the ICS update table soon. I have been following the SI numbers thread since last month. I have a question - Does my SI number remain the same 'cause I had installed a ftf file with different SI number from the xda-developers forum.Mine is 1248-9962.
My Torch 9800 will show messages or emails in the top center display. However, there are no emails or messages in the folders. This number will increase over time & the only way to clear it is to remove the battery. Bell can't solve this & I'm not about to pay for customer service. I'll switch to an iPhone first.
Anyone have an opinion on why most of the apps available through Verizon are listed as "not compatible" with the Touch Pro 2? Is it a device issue? Or a WM 6.5 issue?
I have synced several artists onto my iphone 4s with ios5 and either some of the artists aren't being listed, or not all the albums that I synced for said artists are showing up when I touch the artist. I have called apple and have resynced, restored, re-everything that had to do with itunes and my phone and there has been no help. I have seen other posts of people having the same problem and it seems to be an ios5 problem.
A one hour clip can be viewed on the phone but when I connect to windows 7 via usb, it is not listed in the explorer so I cannot transfer it. The files before and after are there and there is a number missing.
these screen dimensions for the devices as listed on the BlackBerry US website are:
9810 High-resolution 640 x 480 (VGA) color display,9850 / 9860 High-resolution 800x480 WVGA pixel color display,(9900 / 9930 VGA 640 x 480 high resolution)
Does the 9810 really share the same dimensions as the 9900 / 9930? How can that be; one is a portrait device and one is a landscape device? Also, shouldn't the 9850 / 9860 be a 480 * 800 given that it's a portrait device?
Trying to get E6 connected up to Mac. Can't seem to be able to hook my E6 to Mac via normally reliable Nokia Multimedia Transfer program. It currently lists 'Nokia E6-00 (unsupported)' when looking for the device. Not sure if it has anything to do with there only being a 'Nokia Ovi Suite' option available on device and not 'PC Suite' as prescribed on NMT. E6 also does not appear an option on iSync yet. Do like the inbuilt Map loader however
I'm trying to update my SE Xperia Mini Pro (SI 1249-0767) to ICS. According to the SI-list, the update should be available for my phone. However, both PC Companion and Update Service say my phone is running the latest version (which is version 2.3.4 and build 4.0.2.A.0.62 according to the "About the phone" menu). I've also tried to run the "repair" option of PCC, but that neither gives the update.
I have the current version Facebook app on my iPhone 4 and after updating the iOS to version 5.1 I can no longer upload pics to Facebook. I've read that this is usually caused by Facebook location services being turned off. After checking the Settings > Location Services menu I noticed Facebook isn't even on the list. I've tried deleting the Facebook app and reloading it from the app store and I also rebooted my iPhone but Facebook still isn't in the Location Services menu?
I just upgraded my BB Torch to BB Bold 9900 one month ago and have this strange problem which I did not have with my former BB.I have two accounts on my BB that is my work email and my private. My work email works just fine but my private one is acting very strange. This is what is going on:
1.I can send email from my account 2.I receive spam mail 3.But I DO NOT GET MY NORMAL WHITE LISTED MAIL
I have tried to set it up again, not worked, I have wiped the phone and then set it up again same problem.Just to be clear that I did not have this problem with the BB torch.I am receiving my mail to the web-mail and as per my provided then all is fine with my account. Then I talk to my IT dpt and they say nothing wrong with BB server.
I have just upgraded to the latest Gingerbread release. The Music app plays podcasts, but it appears that you can only add podcasts which are listed at podcast.com. Is there a way to add a feed manually or do I need to find a less restrictive podcast player app?
I finally received the docking station, keyboard, etc.. but when docking my only options are Photo gallery, Music, and Mirror -- no Webtop. If I manually launch the Webtop Connector application, I simply get two tabs: "Webtop Sessions" and "Webtop Bookmarks" -- and the Sessions tab says, "No webtop web pages to resume; an a link to "Learn more about Motorola webtop." -- which is just a video that trys to tell me what great capability I'll have once it actually works. When I check the running services and applications (under Manage Applications), there is a Webtop service, but it shows 0.00B - presuming that it means it is not running or taking up space; and a Webtop Connector application showing 28.00KB.
