Every time I try manually it says ''Unable to download software update a network or server update occurred" It says last checked on 5/10/15. Two sprint updates have been released since then .. and i am still unable to download.

Jul 5, 2015I just got a new samsung s6 edge previously an apple user and really annoyed by this phone, all I hear from friends is apple is so crap well I've never had an issue with iphones for me they worked how they were meant to work, now I have the s6 edge and problem after problem doing the most basic of things, the most annoying of which is photos.
I'm trying to drag photos from the dcim folder of the phone to my windows 8.1 desktop, obviously connected by usb I have the drivers installed etc have used both the mtp and ptp options in phone, neither option works each time I drag to desktop all the windows close screen turns grey like explorer crashes and the desktop refreshes, also done copy and paste does the same thing.
I don't want to use software as only way to do it which is slow and laborious is like google photos etc. surely if its treated as a storage device just copy and drag, really annoyed as it should be so simple.

Nov 29, 2015I had a GS5 and I was able to sync facebook contacts to my device contact list with ease. However, I can't do the same with my GS6 Edge. Going to accounts-> facebook, only shows my account with a gray "refresh" bar saying " sync turned off" and it gives me no option to turn it on. Master Sync is turned on, and Sync from the main pulldown bar is turned on as well. I'm getting ready to chuck this phone at the wall cuz Im so frustrated. This was not an Issue with my GS5.

Mar 18, 2012I bought a new unlocked iPhone 4s, my problem is that the phone does not connect to Internet using cellular data, iOS 5.1.0, however it works fine on wi-fi networks. I called up my cell company and they could not help, I am using airtel 3G in India since last 10 years, and this is my third iPhone, I never faced any such problem before. I am unable to send and rcv emails on edge or 3G, can't access Internet also.
I tried using my sim on another iPhone 4s and the 3G worked, even edge worked,
I used another iPhone's sim in my iPhone, and the cellular data did not work- so it was clear that there was something wrong in the hand set
Now on checking forums I tried many things
Turned off and on airplane mode - cellular data did not work
Reset network settings - cellular data did not work
Reset all settings - cellular data did not work
Erase all content and settings - cellular data did not work
Removed sim and put it back - cellular data did not work
Soft reset - cellular data did not work
Hard reset - cellular data did not work.
if there is something I can do to get my 3G or edge working, is there a possibility of defective handset.

Mar 21, 2012That's right folks. I don't get a 3G service and the phone tends to start "Searching" for a couple of seconds until it becomes "No Service". When I disable the 3G service, it then works fine on Edge (full bar).
Anyone out there who has encounted a similar problem as such and have found a way to fix this? I would really appreciate if you could post your experiences below.I also wonder if Apple is going to help fix this problem once and for all in thier next filmware update.

Their solution is to send MMS messages over mobile data. I do not think it is acceptable to have to toggle between mobile and wifi to send group messages. I did test and the group/MMS messaging does work on Mobile data so this is purely limited to my wifi being an issue...

I've noticed that the phone heats up a lot when under a heavy load, which I understand, but when I'm holding it, it feels like it could almost burn me. The phone is not overheating, although when it does heat up I do notice the performance drop. None of this is a dealbreaker, I just wanted to know, is it normal for the phone to get so hot?
