I am unable to download or even check for my s6 edges's software update. Every time I try manually it says ''Unable to download software update a network or server update occurred" It says last checked on 5/10/15. Two sprint updates have been released since then .. and i am still unable to download.

View 1 Replies View RelatedJust made the switch from iPhone to Samsung S6 Edge. Therefore I decided to leave iTunes behind and switch to Google Music. I transferred all my music to Google Music and works great from my laptop. The problem is when I try to listen to my music on Google Music from my phone. It only allows me to listen to all of it if I am on wifi. But if I enable the "downloaded only" option only a few of them downloaded. The other ones are grayed out and can't play them unless I am connected to wifi. I have already spent several days trying to make this work! - Yes! I am logged in with the same google account on my laptop and phone.

View 3 Replies View RelatedI just got a new samsung s6 edge previously an apple user and really annoyed by this phone, all I hear from friends is apple is so crap well I've never had an issue with iphones for me they worked how they were meant to work, now I have the s6 edge and problem after problem doing the most basic of things, the most annoying of which is photos.
I'm trying to drag photos from the dcim folder of the phone to my windows 8.1 desktop, obviously connected by usb I have the drivers installed etc have used both the mtp and ptp options in phone, neither option works each time I drag to desktop all the windows close screen turns grey like explorer crashes and the desktop refreshes, also done copy and paste does the same thing.
I don't want to use software as only way to do it which is slow and laborious is like google photos etc. surely if its treated as a storage device just copy and drag, really annoyed as it should be so simple.
I had a GS5 and I was able to sync facebook contacts to my device contact list with ease. However, I can't do the same with my GS6 Edge. Going to accounts-> facebook, only shows my account with a gray "refresh" bar saying " sync turned off" and it gives me no option to turn it on. Master Sync is turned on, and Sync from the main pulldown bar is turned on as well. I'm getting ready to chuck this phone at the wall cuz Im so frustrated. This was not an Issue with my GS5.

Everytime I plug in my phone and open the blackberry manager to do whaterver it gives me the message that I haven't installed the Blackberry Device Manager . I updated my desktop manager to version 5.0, and I tried to update my device software and it says that I don't have any updates, after that I have deleted the files device.xml and vendor.xml but again when I plugged in my phone it comes the message that the Blackberry Device Manager is not installed. I've uninstalled the desktop manager and it let me use once but again no update for my phone software and then again the same message that i haven't installed the Blackberry Device Manager
My carrier company here in Ecuador wont help me cause I bought the phone in the USA, but anyways I have friends that have the same problem as and they have bought in Ecuador to Movistar (my carrier) the same phone and the update to 5.0 doesn't work.

View 1 Replies View RelatedI'm unable to download themes to my Samsung S6. When I select one to download a pop up appears on screen for a fraction of a second (it's such a small period of time, that I can't read the text displayed on it). The pop up then disappears and the theme is not downloaded.
I'd disabled some applications on my phone as they were hogging memory, and I think that might be something to do with it; so I've re-enabled all of the Samsung apps but I'm still not having any luck.
