Nov 23, 2015I'm having issues with the Play Store and some non-Google sites. I'm constantly noticing that Play Store gets stuck in "Downloading" when trying to update apps or install new ones and never actually starts until I completely restart the phone. Chrome also gets stuck loading pages that are non-Google sites, and I can't seem to download anything as they all get queued.
I tried clearing cache + data on play store, play services, download manager and even a factory reset. Everything works when I reboot, but after some hours it get "stuck" again, every day. Happens on wifi and 3G; what's causing it.I'm running stock Nov build with root (not systemless). Same exact apps and config on my N5 and no issues there.

I have cleared data, cache, restarted both the phone still the same. I have tried using WIFI and mobile date still the same. Last resort is to re install either trough PC Companion or through service center.

However, when I check under Application Manager, its shows three phone applications which seem to be dupes. They can't be uninstalled or disabled. I've done force close and restarted the phone but no luck. I'm using Nova Launcher. I just got the the phone set-up the way I wanted so the the thought of a factory reset makes me queasy.

Jul 25, 2015I just starting experiencing this yesterday when I tried downloading line messenger but google download bar keeps loading but actually doesnt download it and give an error 194.
I tried downloading other apps and the same happened so I tried troubleshooting by researching over the internet and got a very few solutions like:
-clearing google play store cache and data
-clearing google services cache and data
-then rebooting
I also tried re-syncing my google accounts
I have two of them one is personal and the other is my office
I also tried using just one account but no luck
so eventually I came to a conclusion of hard reset which usually fixes everything
But guess what no luck with a bit of different outcome
the download status keeps downloading but does not actually download only this time it doesn't give any error messages like "194"
I am using wifi i don't use mobile data also my mobile is LG G3 D855 on android lollipop 5.0 which came with the mobile.
So is it my account or my wifi that has a problem or is my phone malfunctioning. Cause I can still download apks and install them just that I cant from google play store...

Nov 30, 2014I just upgraded my phone from S3 to S5. On the S3 I used Music Maniac to download music. Since upgrading to the S5, the music won't download. I've also tried Simple Downloader app. I had been able to download music from Google Music. why I can't download from the apps? I checked my settings and I've selected allow downloads from 3rd party apps and I've deselected download over WiFi only.
