I have purchased bb curve 8310 with os version 4.5.0.174 i did ask my provider Airtel to activate bbm on my no. i have postpaid connection and they did only blackberry messenger unlimited pack . Now after all hours i am still not able to use bbm as it is showing edge in lower case. Where it should show in Capital letters. I have no idea as providers are saying that service is already activated on your no,I really need help to know what should i do.I have to done manual network selection,Disable all connection then resume it again.Tried battery off and then back in.Sim card out and insert it again every possible things i have tried.I can use call, sms and everything but why i can't use bbm.
I bought an official Samsung S6 Edge flip case cover for my phone. The S6 Edge fits very nicely and it looks professional. However... when I put my phone in this case, it immediately goes into sleep mode and I can't wake it up unless I take it completely out of the case. And even then the touch screen doesn't work and I have to do a hard reboot by holding the Power - Home - Volume keys.
After recently buying a new Milestone outright I'm looking to protect the hell out of it. I currently have purchased a hard case for the phone itself (seidio innocase) as well as a screen protector.Now the next thing that I am looking for is a good Vertical case/pouch.The thing is that it must be vertical and it must be open at the top (I don't want a cover at all.I want to be able to slide the phone in and out easily). I also must have a belt clip on it.I have found a few online, but for what reviews that I have read stated that they are hard to get the phone in and out of when the phone is naked (no case on it). Since I am planning to have the phone in a hard case at all times that particular case will not work for me. I have seen the pDair case and it looks good, but $28 USD plus shipping (to Canada) I want to make sure that the phone (in a hard case) will fit in it. I havn’t found any reviews on it as of yet either.I know that the iphone & Nexus One are about the same size as the Milestone and wonder if anyone has tried any of those cases with success? As I am sure (especially for the iphone) that there is a wider selection of cases available.
Downgrade my curve 8520 from device software OS 5 to lower version coz i hate dis version especially when sms looks like chatting coz cannot hide sent messages, sometimes i need saparate sms in different date, cannot change interfere like old one..c
Had this weird symbol appear on my phone in the left hand side down where the bbm new message symbol appears its like an orage/yellow phone with an arrow pointing up? never had it appear before just wondering what it was, couldnt find an explantion online or in the handbook?
Is this possible? I haven't found this in a search of anywhere because "case' immediately brings up holster questions. Is it possible to make it type in default lower case (abc instead of Abc or ABC)? (It meaning the Curve 9330)
I am unable to download or even check for my s6 edges's software update. Every time I try manually it says ''Unable to download software update a network or server update occurred" It says last checked on 5/10/15. Two sprint updates have been released since then .. and i am still unable to download.
I bought a new unlocked iPhone 4s, my problem is that the phone does not connect to Internet using cellular data, iOS 5.1.0, however it works fine on wi-fi networks. I called up my cell company and they could not help, I am using airtel 3G in India since last 10 years, and this is my third iPhone, I never faced any such problem before. I am unable to send and rcv emails on edge or 3G, can't access Internet also.
I tried using my sim on another iPhone 4s and the 3G worked, even edge worked,
I used another iPhone's sim in my iPhone, and the cellular data did not work- so it was clear that there was something wrong in the hand set
Now on checking forums I tried many things Turned off and on airplane mode - cellular data did not work Reset network settings - cellular data did not work Reset all settings - cellular data did not work Erase all content and settings - cellular data did not work Removed sim and put it back - cellular data did not work Soft reset - cellular data did not work Hard reset - cellular data did not work.
if there is something I can do to get my 3G or edge working, is there a possibility of defective handset.
I just got a new samsung s6 edge previously an apple user and really annoyed by this phone, all I hear from friends is apple is so crap well I've never had an issue with iphones for me they worked how they were meant to work, now I have the s6 edge and problem after problem doing the most basic of things, the most annoying of which is photos.
I'm trying to drag photos from the dcim folder of the phone to my windows 8.1 desktop, obviously connected by usb I have the drivers installed etc have used both the mtp and ptp options in phone, neither option works each time I drag to desktop all the windows close screen turns grey like explorer crashes and the desktop refreshes, also done copy and paste does the same thing.
I don't want to use software as only way to do it which is slow and laborious is like google photos etc. surely if its treated as a storage device just copy and drag, really annoyed as it should be so simple.
I had a GS5 and I was able to sync facebook contacts to my device contact list with ease. However, I can't do the same with my GS6 Edge. Going to accounts-> facebook, only shows my account with a gray "refresh" bar saying " sync turned off" and it gives me no option to turn it on. Master Sync is turned on, and Sync from the main pulldown bar is turned on as well. I'm getting ready to chuck this phone at the wall cuz Im so frustrated. This was not an Issue with my GS5.
Galaxy S6 Edge - get "unable to recognise your fingerprint" message - gives "Emergency Call" only option (why not "Backup Password" option) - trying to tap on Backup Password doesn't work on the "Power On" screen doesn't work and the "unable to recognise fingerprint" message pops up after about 5 seconds. I've tried tapping on the "Backup Password" option about every time - no luck. How can I access my device???
My volume on my bold 9000 keeps dropping. I have done the fix where you press down right above the camera flash. This fixes the problem, but it is only temporary. After about 2 days the volume drops again to an almost inaudible level.
iPhone Reminders; When I leave a location I have my iPhone remind me to turn the Ringer volume up.... But... Right now, it tells me about 100m away, by which time its too noisy in RL to hear it. Is there a way to set the trigger radius lower? Or a 3rd party app?

I have had an iPhone 4S since November 2011, and in the last two weeks whenever I plug in either the Apple headphones or my Sennheiser headphones the volume in the music app is lower than usual, even though the volume bar is in the same place. My headphones are not broken, I have tried with three different pairs of operating headphones.
The only seemable way to fix this is to open Shazam, then go back to music. This brings the volume back to a normal level, until I either pause or skip the song, which takes it back to its lesser volume level.
I updated to OS 7 yesterday and now all of my sound profiles play at about half of what they used to sound like. I've checked my "normal" sound profile and volumne is at 9, but I can barely hear text or phone ring.
My BB Tour 9630 from verison gets hot on the lower back and whenever hot, it will start hanging and will take time to execute commands. A while, it restarts even in the midst of opening a command. I've changed the battery with the hope of a reprieve but its the same story. When I switch off the network it remains cool but once network is connected, it starts warming up.
My friend has Bold 9000, and I have Bold 9700. When i send a picture to his bb through bbm, he recieves it in full size and quality, but when he sends me a picture from his bb to mine through bbm, i recieve it in a lower quality and size then the actual picture. we both are using the latest bbm.
Bought my 4S Feb 1, 2012 volume was ok not as loud as I would like but after iOS 5 upgrade sounds are now extremely low. No I do not have it on vibrate and yes I have the volume all the way up in the settings. I reset all the settings and still too low.
