BB Curve :: Unable To Use Edge In Lower Case?
Mar 13, 2012I have purchased bb curve 8310 with os version 4.5.0.174 i did ask my provider Airtel to activate bbm on my no. i have postpaid connection and they did only blackberry messenger unlimited pack . Now after all hours i am still not able to use bbm as it is showing edge in lower case. Where it should show in Capital letters. I have no idea as providers are saying that service is already activated on your no,I really need help to know what should i do.I have to done manual network selection,Disable all connection then resume it again.Tried battery off and then back in.Sim card out and insert it again every possible things i have tried.I can use call, sms and everything but why i can't use bbm.

Feb 6, 2010I have an unlocked TELUS Storm playing GSM on a Philippines carrier called Smart. The data connection and call reception quality here has been nothing but horrible. Dropped calls/Calls failed, etc are pretty rampant around here (no matter what part of town you're in)
Anyway, I'd _like_ to think it may be something to do with the fact that the device is not Smart authorized/sold device. However, the backward nature of cellphone networks here could argue me down.
Long story short, now that you know my troubles.. when I'm on a full GPRS/EDGE connection, I pull up the browser. Once I start getting ready to type in a URL, the GPRS/EDGE goes to gprs/edge. It happens about 98% of the time. This same thing happens when I go to URL from an email/sms etc. I can't seem to figure it out. I've been on .328, but upgrading to .419 as we speak. Thoughts would be nice.

I would like to delete one of those folders and put the apps individually into the app drawer. It won't let me do this. I can move apps from the app drawer to the home pages but not the other way around. Is there a way to do this?

Apr 28, 2012I have had an iPhone 4S since November 2011, and in the last two weeks whenever I plug in either the Apple headphones or my Sennheiser headphones the volume in the music app is lower than usual, even though the volume bar is in the same place. My headphones are not broken, I have tried with three different pairs of operating headphones.
The only seemable way to fix this is to open Shazam, then go back to music. This brings the volume back to a normal level, until I either pause or skip the song, which takes it back to its lesser volume level.

IPhone 5 :: Switching Off At 40% Or Lower Battery Level
Dec 9, 2014Not too sure why but recently my battery life on my iPhone 5 has been awful! Firstly, I noticed the battery slowly starting to get worse at first, where I would barely make it through an evening and just about keep my phone alive. I then bought a charging case to use on nights out, which soon enough seemed to not be enough to keep the phone on.Â
Now, on a daily basis my phone switches off and I have to charge it throughout the day, I turns off sometimes just suddenly at 40% battery, other times at 20% and others it quickly jumps down to 1% and turns off shortly after. Earlier today I left my office with 86% battery. Went outside to make a phone call for maximum 15 minutes and my phone had quicky reduced to 10% low battery by the end of the conversation and 1% between my walk of 3 mins to then turn off before I was back in my seat.Â
I have experienced bad battery life on my previous Iphone but nothing like this. I did, however take it into Apple and where they backed up the phone and replaced it with a brand new one, however this iPhone is not still in my warranty (not entirely sure if the previous one was either to be honest).Â
I have done all of the recent updates, I close any existing apps and am not constantly on my phone anyway.
