I have a samsung galaxy s6 edge and everytime I log on to Facebook a popup comes up that says Facebook wants access to your Samsung Galaxy. I have given it access and it still comes up everytime I log on and it's starting to get very annoying. I have turned off my notifications yet this pop up keep coming up.

I've tried going into accounts and sync with facebook but that just brings all my fb friends into my contacts list. i do not want this.I just want my current contacts to be linked to fb and not export my entire fb list onto my phone.

But something just does not seem right while using apps that require scrolling up or down. EX: Facebook, Twitter, Play Store and especially the browser. I was chatting with Sprint text support and they are trying to tell me this is a limitation for Android phones. I know this is BS because my wife has a HTC M8. Am I doing something wrong? Are others experiencing this with their Edge S6?
Their solution is to send MMS messages over mobile data. I do not think it is acceptable to have to toggle between mobile and wifi to send group messages. I did test and the group/MMS messaging does work on Mobile data so this is purely limited to my wifi being an issue...
My samsung s6 edges gets too hot. Is it natural that samsung s6 edges cpu temperature Can be high as 57c to 75c? I was about to sell my phone. Now im not sure.
Cooler master software says phones temperature is about 38 c.

I've noticed that the phone heats up a lot when under a heavy load, which I understand, but when I'm holding it, it feels like it could almost burn me. The phone is not overheating, although when it does heat up I do notice the performance drop. None of this is a dealbreaker, I just wanted to know, is it normal for the phone to get so hot? Is it just because the phone's outer casing is metal and glass rather than plastic that it feels like this?

However, it is updating when I get an email to my junk email. Everytime I connect it to the car, Mirrorlink automatically turns on and even when I turn it off in settings, it automatically switches back on. View 2 Replies View RelatedI've had my phone since May with no issues. As of a few days ago, my camera app launches upside down. All the icons are upside down and if I take a photo it comes out upside down. If I turn the phone upside down, the app will flip right side up. I can then flip it back and its fine.
Also, if I'm reading something in chrome and it flips to horizontal mode it won't flip back to vertical. The same trick of flipping upside down works or I have to close and reopen the app.
I have restarted and checked the auto rotate setting. I have not tried factory reset yet but may try that. I have a Verizon phone so I can't get to the gyro calibration screen. Any other way to force a calibration?
Mostly when my phone is powered on through the night, I only lose like 14% tops in battery percentage difference but on this particular night, I placed it on my Silver MacBook pro and it was a cold weather. Since this is unusual, the questions I have been asking myself is if it could have happened as a result of the contact between the back of the phone and the laptop or what could be the issue`? there are many processes that probably runs overnight on the phone and even in previous times but never seen such a drain like this I it went totally flat from 87%...

View 4 Replies View RelatedEdge get quite hot with normal use. When I say hot I don't meant not able to touch the phone but the aluminum bezel especially gets quite hot. I haven't noticed it in the past with my previous sapphire black probably because I've has a case on it.
