i bought a new s6 from Orange,last night it notificated me to update to 5.1.1 ,after the update finished a small phone kinda like the speaker icon appeared next to wi.fi or 4g icon,what is that?

The icon is near the Wi-Fi on the status bar, is like a sim drawing with dots on it. It is not the "no sim card..." it is similar to a storage card icon...

It also has a red circle with a white star indicating there is a new message or something. When I click on the status bar it brings up all the other indicated messages or calls in the list but there is no list to correspond with this icon. View 3 Replies View RelatedI have a BB Curve 8530 and I have an icon on my home screen that I cannot figure out. It looks similar to the icon used for missed call or placed call except it has a curved arrow next to it. It is a gold phone receiver and the arrow is bent at a 45 degree angle. (kind of like a backwards check mark with an arrow head on the bottom). I have a suspicion that it has to do with call forwarding since I forwarded calls to a different phone # the other day, however, I cancelled that. I have checked my messages folder, rebooted, pulled battery, done an update, etc. Nothing works.

Apologies for the appalling mock-up but it seemed a good way of trying to describe it. It's a grey square with a phone receiver flashing green and yellow in the middle. There also appears to be a letter D to the bottom right hand corner.URL... and URL...It's very odd, flashes for a few seconds and then disappears.

It looks like a new message icon, gold and slanted slightly to the right. the number 1 next to it. Right now it is to the left of my regular message icon although I have seen it on the right too. But still, it be erase. the number increase sometimes especially when new ssm is received. but it will not decrease even when I delete some sms.

It is a solid blue chat bubble (not the bbm chat bubble blue but a lighter one) I have no idea what this is, i have gone to my messages, my sms and deleted everything, this thing just popped up today. I have tried a battery pull among other things and have no idea what this is. Once again, it is a solid blue chat bubble (no white dots or red or anything near it) and the number is to the right of the blue icon.
