Jun 2, 2010Alright, I've had this 9700 since the first week it's came out and I have never seen this icon before. It is a solid blue chat bubble (not the bbm chat bubble blue but a lighter one) I have no idea what this is, i have gone to my messages, my sms and deleted everything, this thing just popped up today. I have tried a battery pull among other things and have no idea what this is. Once again, it is a solid blue chat bubble (no white dots or red or anything near it) and the number is to the right of the blue icon.

Jul 26, 2010I currently own a Blackberry Bold 9900, which is about one year old. Over the past year I have accumulated a lot of pictures and videos, then suddenly I received a message saying the memory is full. I then connected my device to my MacBook and removed all media, however I still get a message saying that more than half of my memory is being taken up by something. I have deleted all user installed applications apart from the following; Facebook, twitter, facebook messenger, whatsapp), I have checked the memory usage for these applications and together they don't total over around 50MB.
I have backed up my phone and was about to perform a security wipe, however a bit worried when it said e-mails wont be sendable or receivable after the security wipe.

Sep 3, 2012Got a bold 9900 with software version 7.1.0 bundle 1149 and my carrier is vodacom South Africa. My phone will auto answer private numbers without ringing at the exact moment the call come in. Went through the settings and there is nothing wrong. Auto answer is deactivated in call options.

Jan 6, 2012I am a Blackberry Torch 9800 user. I have a notification indicator on my phone that I cannot identify. It is a white circle with a black background. It has a white, diagonal arrow with the end protruding out of the circle and the arrow end inside the circle. It has a number 1 next to it. It does not have red asterisk. I am unable to find a way to make the indicator go away.

Jan 25, 2012an unknown icon that is in my status bar on my blackberry torch. It is light grey kinda looks looks like a mouse with a tail or a Bluetooth earbud. It also has a red circle with a white star indicating there is a new message or something. When I click on the status bar it brings up all the other indicated messages or calls in the list but there is no list to correspond with this icon. Sep 16, 2010I have a BB Curve 8530 and I have an icon on my home screen that I cannot figure out. It looks similar to the icon used for missed call or placed call except it has a curved arrow next to it. It is a gold phone receiver and the arrow is bent at a 45 degree angle. (kind of like a backwards check mark with an arrow head on the bottom). I have a suspicion that it has to do with call forwarding since I forwarded calls to a different phone # the other day, however, I cancelled that. I have checked my messages folder, rebooted, pulled battery, done an update, etc. Nothing works.

Apologies for the appalling mock-up but it seemed a good way of trying to describe it. It's a grey square with a phone receiver flashing green and yellow in the middle. There also appears to be a letter D to the bottom right hand corner.URL... and URL...It's very odd, flashes for a few seconds and then disappears.
