I've downloaded additional camera modes (surround shot, rear selfie... Etc), but it doesn't appear when i try to select them in the camera app.
I went back to the Samsung Galaxy App store confirmed the apps were in fact already installed. Something I missed?
I can't get any of the camera modes to download, the status bar will go black for a couple of seconds then a loading box flashes up then disappears. I've tried clearing the camera and galaxy apps caches and rebooting but the problem still persists.

View 5 Replies View RelatedI have an LG G4 with a 128GB microSD. I prefer to store all my music locally, and have about 100 gb of albums on the microSD. If I open Google Play Music and select "downloaded only," I can see and play all albums and songs stored locally. However, all my playlists, which show and play fine when streaming, disappear. Instead, my 30+ playlists (same as on iTunes) are replaced by 3-5 odd, random playlists that I never consciously created.
Since my playlists all reference music that is locally stored, why wouldn't they work the same for "downloaded only" as they do when streaming? I'm going to be moving to a place with horrible and expensive internet, so I need to figure out how to use pre-created playlists for locally stored music.
Is there a way to restore this function? The only setting is "Auto" and when trying to check for other modes, a message says this camera does not support those functions. Why? They were supported under OS 5 in the same phone?Also, the camera shots are not nearly as nice as the older 8330.

i tried using other camera app but it's no use. the phone has no warranty in my country so i could not have a replacement.

View 3 Replies View RelatedJust got my phone and it is completely stock. When using the video camera and switching between slow-motion modes (normal, 120 FPS & 240 FPS) the camera app crashes and I get the error message "Can't connect to the camera".
Then the camera wont work, no matter the app I use, that uses the camera. After a reboot it works again though.
Sometimes it crashes the first time I've changed the mode to 240, sometimes after cycling through the modes a bit, but it always happen and it wont many cycles (1-3). I've recorded functional 240 FPS videos, so that part works.
I've tried starting the phone in safe mode and deleting cache partition, with the same result.
There are others with the same problem, but it doesn't seem to be a common error. Is it a software problem or hardware, and is RMA the only option?
The gallery doesn't show all photo's which i've made...just a few photo's ( 30 ).When i am mannually searching in the DCIM folder using a file manager, i see 74 photo's....My S6 isn't rooted or something like that.

So it used to be that when I did that "rub the edge" gesture to bring up the information/notification edge stream, the time would come up first, then I had to scroll to see the stream. The time is gone now, it just goes straight to stream. I liked being able to check the time without lighting up the screen. Why it's gone or how to get it back.

View 5 Replies View RelatedUsing u/bittorrent the files download no problem and are playable if i click on them in the torrent app or in the file manager, but do not show up in the music app. I tried moving them around in file manager to no avail. I switched from utorrent to bit torrent, deleting all the files and torrent app which seemed to work, i was sure all the albums were still in the music app since ive been listening to music all day but now it appears that they are not present in the app. I have restarted but am leaning towards a factory reset. Also, music i downloaded as zip files are recognized after i extract them on the phone, idk if that means anything to yall.

I love my new Droid2 Global, but I'm frustrated at a problem I've encountered. After several successful app downloads, installs and activations, I find that when I download an app, it gets downloaded and installed, but no widget appears, so I'm unable to activate/use it. The widget appears as an installed application, but I still cannot activate it. I can uninstall them, but not activate them.
