Ive downloaded an iblacklist app, and it doesnt work, Ive had a refund. I really desperately need to block a number, and I dont want to have to change my own mobile number.

I just downloaded the suggested update version 6.0 to my Bold 9700. I didn't touch it while it was loading. It took about 20 min or so, via my lap top.Then is showed downloaded update complete.Well, now my BB screen looks like a bunch of little colored crystals and doesn't work at all.
