May 18, 2015After the update all my photos disappeared. Checked in the galley section and Facebook but they are not there. Where they could have been moved to.

Galaxy S6 :: Why All Of Photos Gone Washout From Phone Gallery After Auto Update
May 27, 2015I have been using Samsung phone series since long. I never faced ever any kind of difficulties to use other series of Samsung except Samsung S6....First of all there is no option to forward contact name and numbers through SMS. Second is all photos has been shifted from Phone Gallery to Google Gallery. Now I unable to add any photos in my contact numbers also I downloaded photo but did not find in the photo gallery.

Nov 26, 2015i dropped my samsung s6, in a thin rubber case, down a flight of concrete stairs, the screen is cracked from top to bottom, the back of the phone has also cracked, almost shattered, the camera glass is missing, slighly dented on one side, looks almost bent a tiny bit, maybe a millimeter or two, it wont turn on and when plugged into my computer is unresponsive, all i want is the gallery of photos from it

Once I click on it it doesn't let me go any further. It will let me hit the home button and back out to the home screen, but nothing else.

I'm currently running NOVA Launcher, but it has the same issue on Touch Wiz.
Yes, I have screen rotation turned on. The other apps rotate.

Jul 4, 2015Transferred from a GS4 to new GS6E, and the woman at Verizon couldn't take the time of transferring my photos. So, she gave me my memory card that was in my GS4, and said "it's easy to transfer from here to the new phone". Ummm, not so easy. I downloaded the pics to my Mac desktop, but even with a USB cord, the phone isn't accepting the photos.

Jul 16, 2015I am trying to retrieve photos from a Samsung Galaxy S6 that is stock at the lock screen. The finger print scan is not working and they do not know there back up password. I researched two ways to get around this.
1. Entering in the google account user name and password
2. Signing into Find My Mobile with the samsung account information and unlocking the phone
If both of these options fail due to the owner not remembering there above credentials is there any other way to retrieve photos. How about putting the phone in dfu mode and using a program on a computer to copy photos from the internal storage. Is something like this possible?

And I also tried Dropbox in new galaxy s5, all the photos are doubled. one is original and other one's are duplicate (few Kb's). I had around 900 photos from iPhone to new galaxy s5, but in Dropbox- total photos are around 1700. Is there anyway I can delete duplicate one's easily.
secondly, drop-box setting is "sync via WI-fi". even if i don't click any new picture or video, its still backing up every-time. at one point it says" up to date" after few hours it syncing again.

She also doesn't know her password anymore since she never had to use that again. I know it is possible to recover the phone but then it will also remove all the photos.
I tried connecting the phone to the computer, it shows a folder named Galaxy S6 but I can't acces it (the phone says unlock phone to view content)
