Galaxy S5 :: Cannot Send Photos Through Email On Phone
Mar 5, 2015I select a bunch of photos, and cannot send thru my main email, which is verizon. Yet when I select GMAIL to send the photos, it goes right thru. How can I fix this.

Nov 22, 2015I have tried several things like touching the + sign in the lower left hand corner of the text message that I am sending. This sends me to other icons and from there I am lost. I know I am probably missing something very simple.

Sep 21, 2011I have a blackberry torch and just recently i have been unable to send pictures via email. I can send normal emails with just text etc but photos are coming up with the red X and the message is 'general failure'. I've been through all my setttings etc and can't figure out why this has happened as it was working fine.I have also checked encryption is off, tried resizing pictures and rebooting too many times to count!

Dec 29, 2015New Galaxy six, did the whole gmail sync to get my contacts transferred. Also since the gmail account set-up, I'm getting so much more junk in both of my accounts. It's obviously not as secure as my other emails. But bottom line, my mail won't send from yahoo but will from my imap account with century link. My old LG had me set up as yahoo being imap, the new Galaxy set it up as pop? I can't access my outgoing settings anymore on my old phone so don't know what to change them to?

Mar 10, 2015whenever I try to send an MMS message to an email address, the email recipients never get it. This happens on BOTH phones. The phone says it sent just fine and everything is rosey but the email recipients never get it. Once in a great while one WILL go thru however. The rest are stuck in limbo somewhere. Is this a network problem or my phone settings? These are AT&T compatible phones running Android 5.0 on Straight Talk. I called Straight Talk and basically got no where. The tech said it's got to be the area I'm in. I recently went on a trip to San Diego which is 800 miles away and the phones did the same thing. Wouldn't sent MMS to email add's. I will add that phone to phone MMS works just fine. The trouble is sending MMS from phone to email address. It doesn't work. Attached is a screenshot of my APN settings per Straight Talk.

This issue started with the last iOS update and has affected not only my phone, but my wife's and father in law's as well (we all have the exact same model) When I attempt to send a text message to my wife, my phone suddenly won't send imessages anymore. Only text. I have tried rebooting my phone, and my wife's phone. We have even tried wiping our phones and restoring them from backups. The problem still persists, wether we are at home connected to wifi or out of the house on 3G. The only way I have managed to send my wife an imessage was by creating a new contact with ONLY her e-mail address. That only worked once. since then, its trying to send everything as SMS again.
This is unacceptable as we live in an area with very poor celular coverage and rely heavily on wifi connections, therefore we won't receive an SMS until our phones get access to the celular network. All other apps and phone functions are working correctly across all 3 phones mentioned. On both my phone, and my wife's, I have double checked to ensure that iMessage is still turned on. I suspect that this is a global software issue seeing as it only started once we updated our phones to the latest iOS. My question is this:
Prior to the update, we were all able to send iMessages to eachother, regardless of where we were. The only time we'd have an issue is if someone's phone was turned off or not connected to either the celular 3G network or a wifi with internet access (which is natural).

Jun 24, 2012Since Apple released iMessage my friend and I have been iMessaging. As of yesterday, I can still send my friend iMessages as usual, but she can only send iMessages to my email (I have "Receive at" set to my phone number and email, Caller ID set to my phone number). If she tries to send an iMessage to my phone number, as she did before, it will only send as a Text. All of my other iPhone contacts can still send iMessages to my phone number. We've each tried rebooting and switching iMessage on and off (we both have iPhone 4, IOS 5.1.1) without any luck. I realise that iMessage is still technically working with her sending to my email, but we just don't understand why sending to my phone number has suddenly stopped working.

Nov 26, 2015i dropped my samsung s6, in a thin rubber case, down a flight of concrete stairs, the screen is cracked from top to bottom, the back of the phone has also cracked, almost shattered, the camera glass is missing, slighly dented on one side, looks almost bent a tiny bit, maybe a millimeter or two, it wont turn on and when plugged into my computer is unresponsive, all i want is the gallery of photos from it

Jul 4, 2015Transferred from a GS4 to new GS6E, and the woman at Verizon couldn't take the time of transferring my photos. So, she gave me my memory card that was in my GS4, and said "it's easy to transfer from here to the new phone". Ummm, not so easy. I downloaded the pics to my Mac desktop, but even with a USB cord, the phone isn't accepting the photos.
